Waited around 20 minutes for take away. So not fast food. During that time, watched one server constantly yawn; another walk around aimlessly; although he did stop for a while to have a passing conversation with Little Miss Yawner. Absolutely appalling. Whoever manages this place should be sacked for incompetence. Ordered at 8:30pm on Sunday 8th May. Come on Welcome Break. Come on KFC. I have given you the time and the date. You know who they are. Do something about it or accept you are out of your depth too. Should have stopped at Gloucester.

Ordered uber eats 30mins ago. 10 pieces of chicken missing from a family feast. Was advised i will get a refund in 10 days. That doesnt help, I'm still flipping hungry now. This isn't the first time it happened. couple of months ago when we last ordered there were missing items also. But thought will give it another go as was hoping the first time was a one off. But they obviously still haven't got anybody working there that can read a ticket correctly. Its not rocket science ffs.

Brought a meal tonight , cost £31.72, got home to find half the order missing and part of another order wrong . Tried phoning , left 2 messages , and another option to speak to kfc , nobody bothered to pick up the phone . Disgusting service at the counter and after by customer services and kfc

Disgusted that on a Bank Holiday, having stopped after 3 hours of driving, that they closed at 8:30pm! Really???? We had no option but to use Burger King and, after a very long wait, got cold food and syrup less fizzy! Setting areas were closed and no explanation given, just we are closing now.

Waited one and a half hours for our food. Slower than slow service by staff who have a couldn't care attitude.(see attached picture of how they presented corn on the cob)Then the food was cold. Not a problem with preparation as there was plenty of chicken ready, just incredibly slow getting it into boxes for the customer. Probably the worst KFC in the world!!

The pre order screens not sending to the counter staff new there was a problem yet were happy to stand around with a lot of people waiting without saying anything sets new record of 46min fro a burger

The staff working at the Pick Up point lacked a friendly attitude. My presumption was that the staff were busy preparing the many orders that were coming through consistantly, due to that it is a service by the M5. So, for 2 Mighty Buckets, I waited roughly 20 minutes.
Got a delivery from Uber eats. Missing 3 items of 8 and wrong drink. All they have to do is read a ticket and put it in a bag. Shambles.

29/06/2021Firstly....3 / 4 touch screen order machines were not working as there was a connection fault to the printer..... took a very long time for orders to be ready especially considering they were receiving 1 at a time.........I ordered BBQ chicken bites and got Stone cold Chilli bites...... Are the staff unable to read...The chicken was also cold and my main piece of chicken had hardly any meat on it..... photo attached.I will say I have eaten here before and it was loads better than today order.....

Horrible. Ordered tower burger, got zinger tower instead. Ordered regular pepsi, got pepsi cherry. ? Fries were cold and made a long while ago. Everything was almost cold to be honest. Worst KFC and staff, sorry. I usually leave good reviews, but this was horrible.

Ordered at 11.12 then took 25 minutes to recieve my food. I understand covid less staff in a place. Then when I got my food no napkins no cups no salt and no forks. Ask at the counter to basically have them thrown at me. I'll stop at hopwood in the future there service was brilliant could take some lesson
