Ordered on the app. Parked up and waited for my breakfast… and waited… and waited. After ten minutes I went in and asked when it was coming. First time they said the order hadn’t come through. This was a lie. My order was on the screen and clearly being ignored. I eventually got my breakfast 15 mins after the order was paid for.Made me late for work.

Slow service and cold food. You don't expect much from a maccie D's other than for it to be quick and hot. Staff were happy and smiley though.

Ordered 2 take out meals and when we got home 1 meal was missing the burger, called them and they offered a free burger?..... i will collect my 'free' burger that i paid for when im passing?.....

Most recent review: Ordered a smoothie today which, when delivered, was only just over half full. Asked one of the employees and she was rude and unhelpful. While sat with our food, security were stood next to a deliquent who was apparently banned from the store but was allowed to be in there spewing out vile language.Even newer review: No burgers today! Repeated disappointment from this branch of McDonald's.New review: I remain happy with the staff but very regularly this McDonald's is missing items from its menu. Milkshakes especially. Very disappointing.Old review: Drive thru is super easy and staff always seem nice. (Was 5 stars)

I went over 25 years with no McDonald's then have had 2 in a month. The first was excellent but this one was fairly average. My fries were very poor no seasoning and a borderline burnt and they ran out of mcflurries. My burger was okay. I may have timed it badly but found it crazily busy and not a relaxing environment. Probably marks the end for me and fast food. I had a terrible burger King at Birmingham Airport which was much worse.

Extremely slow and useless staff with no sense of urgency at all. The antithesis of fast food. To add insult to injury, after a long wait, the food is cold and the milkshake is warm.

Whenever I go they never have a working milkshake machine, alway broken if wanting a milkshake don't go to this McDonald's

This is the only mc Donald's near me, I have been here many time but never get a large fries when I order large meal, when I compare with a medium they are in same height, the manager said the large one is wider then disappeared. Hot chocolate only 50% full, coke never have ice in it.

It's as bad as it can get with a McDonalds. They keep burgers for hours and then send them out like warm and dry.There's usually at least 3 people stood around doing nothing and if you go there in the morning, best of luck cause they don't usually open the doors until 6.10 and take a further 10 mins to serve you. Please Popeye's, open a Bristol branch

Ordered through the app but wasn't given a code only order confirmation. They wouldn't release my food when I got to the window without a code despite being able to show the order confirmation on my phone. The man said that he could see my order on his screen and if I paid him cash he would release it to me. He refused to acknowledge that I had paid on my card via the app and sadly I didn't have any cash on me to give to him. I left with no food and my card has been charged. He said that I could contact Customer Services if I was not happy.
