Delivered from here just tonight 10/10. Driver broke down but with a f1 style pit stop the racer managed to get my food to me still hot.

We tried several meals as you can see in the photos. First of all, I would like to start with chicken kebab, which was very juicy and spicy. Chicken wrap was also very good with the fresh salad and sauce. My cheeseburger had a juicy meat which I liked very much. The staff were very accommodating and also very quick. So I can highly recommend it!

Have been a huge customer for Charcoal. 15 years now!! Never have been disappointed by them and their service, fast delivery time, food on point. My personal favourite foods are:Chicken doner - has the juiciness and good textureChicken kebab - is always perfectly cooked and is perfect coming off the grill—————All the staff are friendly and respectful, good to talk to while waiting for food inside the shop. Even though I may live far away where traffic can be a pain to get through, delivery drives are always on time and even early (never been late once). All and all deserves the big 5 star, lots of love!

We ordered through Just Eat , 2 pizzas and a lamb Kofte. Both pizzas burnt and the lamb Kofte and salad were put on top of the pitta which was just a soggy mess. None of the food should have been sent out. Over £30 spent and no one happy with what they had.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!wanted to charge for a debit card, Hidden charges for paying with a debit or credit card will be banned from today (13 January), helping millions of UK consumers to avoid rip-off fees when spending their hard-earned money.So-called ‘surcharging’ has become commonplace, particularly online, with many retailers hitting people with surprise charges just before they are about to make a purchase. Some retailers have been known to add charges which are far higher than it costs them to process a payment. It is estimated that surcharging cost Brits £166 million in 2015.Today’s ban means that it will be unlawful for retailers to charge additional fees when someone uses a particular credit or debit card, or other payment systems like PayPal, to make a purchase. This will ensure consumers can be confident that there won’t be any nasty surprises, and they won’t be penalised for wanting to pay in a particular way.Economic Secretary to the Treasury, John Glen said:It’s completely unfair for someone to be hit by a hidden fee just before they are about to make a purchase, so by scrapping these rip-off charges we are helping to give power back to the consumer. As we build a fairer society, this added transparency ensures buyers can make informed choices about how they spend their hard-earned money. The new rules will be enforced by Trading Standards who will have the power to take civil enforcement action against traders who breach the regulations. It will also entitle customers to receive a refund of any unlawful surcharge they have paid and enable them, if necessary, to take legal action to recover any such surcharge. The ban on credit and debit card surcharges is effective across the EU from Saturday 13th January 2018, and will apply to all purchases made where the banks of the consumer and retailer are within the EEA. In the vast majority of other circumstances surcharges are capped at the cost to the retailer for processing the payment. The UK Government took the decision to also include other payment methods such as PayPal in the ban to further protect consumers.

Superb freshly cooked kebabs and their special is plentiful, tasty and enough to feed 3 people for a very reasonable cost too.

It turned up quickly, however there was a thick layer of cheese on top and it was so under cooked (even after asking for it to be cooked longer when ordering) it took over 30mins in the oven at home to be able to eat it. The whole point in ordering takeaway is so you don't have to cook or worry about it, not have to finish off what you paid someone else too! The pizza was also soaked in grease, much more than you would expect. Did not enjoy this and it was our first time using this place. Not using them again though!

So the other evening I left it quite late to get takeout.....Decided we would give this place a try sober!. I've previously visited after a night out and it did the trick. However what a mistake. I woke up several times during the night feeling as if I had been on a heavy night out as did my girlfriend.Only had a couple of kebabs. Would have been better off with a cheap pizza from the freezer instead.Lesson learnt, great if you need something to soak up a heavy evening. But not ideal for a quite night in.

This place used to be pretty good, however it seems since getting new staff they CANNOT get the order right. Burgers are repeatedly missing the salad and sauce options that were asked for, and the cheesy chips are just overpriced chips with very minimal cheese on.
