Had food from here before and it was nice. Ordered a delivery tonight and was told it would be 1hr15mins. 1hr30mins later I phone to see where it was and told its going to be another 45mins! I cancelled the order and was told she wasn't sure how long it would take to refund me.....appalling service.

Didn't even get food here. Had a missed call from the number so called back, naturally, only to be answered to by an incredibly rude woman. When I said I had a missed call from the number and just wanted to know who it was she responded by telling me they don't make outgoing calls so it was my fault ?♀️ when I worked phones the line was 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience' not 'you're wrong that wasn't us'.?

Ordered food at 5.50pm. Told it would take 45mins to 1 hour. 1 hour 10mins later called as it hadnt arrived told its "just left" . Its a 5 minute journey . Half an hour later still not here so called again. Was told driver had 3 deliverys Ill try call him.Half hour later still no delivery..so were 2 hours after initial call! Asked to speak to boss....who said hed called delivery man . We asked if hecwas willing to discount meal. He said he would discount it about 15% . We told him we didnt want a cold meal and so to call delivery driver to let him know.Delivery driver arrived 10 minutes later..he hadnt had a call from boss!!! Surprise surprise.Awful customer service ..will NEVER order from here again.

Were very good but are slipping in quality lately. Not possible to phone them, as a result they never get the order quite correct.They’ve clearly recently changed management, lost a good chef, or just want to make more profit.

Polite staff. Ordered a delivery was told approx time was an hour which wasn't a problem. Arrived within 30 minutes perfect meal, hot and up to standard. Perfect well done all.

Lovely food, friendly service both times I have ordered. Reasonably priced. Will defo be my first port of call next time I want an Indian.Vegetarian options: The Veg Balti is one of the best I’ve had.
We are kind of new to the area and found this gem of an Indian restaurant.Menu has a good diverse range of dishes and the Ceylon, rice and nann bread we had were delicious.Would return and would recommend.

Not good just tasted of sugar lot and lots of sugar, I have had a better Indian from a sainsburys microwave meal but have now found out Midsomer Norton does not have a good Indian takeaway End of
