Disgusted!As regular customers we as a family are very disappointed with last night's order request.We paid for the order expecting it to arrive in 1 hour as agreed.It DID NOT arrive attall, as can prove with CCTV and we phoned the shop to expect a refund or simply a new order sent out,With the response that they cannot reheat the food again to send out. Refused to send out the order and refused a refund.Its disgusting and illegal surely!?!Won't be ordering from there again, which is a shame for a simple resolution of a refund.Good luck when simply Thai opens up on Tuesday.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited 4 hours for a takeaway. Spoke too somebody on the phone and they were very rude towards us.Was told they were extremely busy but 4 hours is ridiculous.

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered over 2 hours ago, rang the restaurant and they said it was 5 minutes away. Still 30 minutes since that call no delivery and they’re not answering my calls. Shockingly rude, would never order from them again.

Do not order from here!We ordered and waited 45mins after the delivery time - still no order. Rang up and we’re told it would be another 20-30 mins! No offer of a refund, the lady on the phone didn’t care. Won’t order from here again

Customer DIS-service, ordered 2 chicken korma, 2 egg rice, poppadoms, at 17:15, two and a quarter hours later food arrived stone cold and wrong, got 3 korma and 1 rice, staff on phone were rude and unhelpful, won't be using again.

How this place is still going is beyond me!!!!! Ordered at 7.30pm by 9.30pm still not arrived. Rang to cancel she said it was out. We've had food a few times from these cold late and disgusting service. Avoid and don't forget you're avoiding like we did!!!

Spice with no rice…. Or mannersDo not order from this takeaway! Don’t give them your money. They are absolutely disgusting!! Not only is the food awful but the customer service is Awful. Over an hour late for delivery, missing food and when we spoke to them we didn’t get one apology just bad attitude and had the phone put down on us! We asked for a refund and they said they would give us our missing items I said it’s to late now we’ve waited over an hour. They said that this is our problem! Go somewhere nicer, spend your money on a business that has time for customers and that have some respect!! I wish I could give this takeaway a minus rating!

Popped in to order food last night .. guy at til very miserable ( maybe having a tough day) placed order for 2 lamb tikkas, 2 lots of rice and 4 popadums and twice he charged me wrong amount .. then once he had it correct i waited for food ( not too long , to be fair) when we got home our rice was missing … so we had 2 lamb tikkas and 4 popadums but no rice .. oh well .. lamb tasted good but would have been much better with rice to go with it lol
