Really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff are friendly but unobtrusive. You are allowed to enjoy your time without being rushed. Staff are knowledgeable about coffee making and work as efficiently as they can. There can be queues because it is a popular place to visit.

The cinnamon bun isn't as good as it was as they've taken the icing away that used to be drizzled on top. Good coffee but you can buy granules that are just as good now. The staff however are lovely and friendly, they are helpful too.

Poor customer service, one colleague just attending to her family on a table, swearing etc. My partner and I wanted a chocolate Frap and I wanted a hazelnut coffee - neither where available. So got another Frap which was basically warm milk. Watched my food get thrown onto the counter then put into a plate. We asked for literally one sauce and they forgot that also. If it was busy I would be a bit more understanding. Won’t be coming back to this costa that’s for sure! Just awful, almost £20 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks.

I went to shepton Costa yesterday and I may as well asked for a glass of milk, could barely taste the coffee what a waste of money.

Bought a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich and a mint frappe and received food poisoning and an uncountable amount of vomitting episodes. I know for a fact it isn't due to any allergies as I've had the same many times from different restaurants and even some Costas.
