Staff could not tell me if they deliver to my area. Asked me to place an order.Why on earth would I place an order if I wasn't sure that I'd actually receive it? The excuse was "I'm new here and on my own."So badly trained or a bit dim. Which is it???

I am absolutely discussed with the customer service in the shepton mallet branch. My partner placed an order for deliver and when the app updated to say being delivered she was glued to the window waiting. Over 20 minutes had passed and the app now said completed although no one had approached the house. I rang to get an update and a woman answered the phone. (I knew it was going to be bad straight away from the grumpy sigh she gave while answering. I asked about the order and she asked me the address. On tell her the address she took a attitude straight away, "saying the driver went and you didn't answer! And then the number you gave was wrong. Come and get it yourself or have a refund." And being very rude once I told her no one had come to our address and she continued being rude. This is disgusting behavior and attitude to a customer who was trying to spend £40+ on your business. We will never use this store again and advise others to do the same.

Shocking service, spelled it out clearly for a classic crust (deep pan) pizza 3 times and even had that repeated back to me by cashier. Then open the pizza box to find thin crust that was literally burnt to a crisp. The pizza also had a waved shape where it had been under so much heat.Manager then said no refund because I couldn't get back to the store as I am a carer for someone.Refused to refund and tried offering a copon after insulting me which I declined. Will use Papa John's in future.

absolutely shocking the staff hear sent the wrong pizza to my address and when I called them to explain the situation they sent the delivery man bk to mine he was rude told me he was not collecting the pizza and that I would need to call them bk so I did and they sent the original pizza I ordered 1.5 hours later.. they now refuse to deliver to my home even though it was there mistake...

Hit and miss really with this dominoes. Most of the time the pizzas are warm, not hot. They are often over cooked, with bubbles in the topping not being popped. I often find myself waiting around in the store when staff are aware I am waiting to be served. Never any urgency or concern of quality.

The driver was honest and very communicative, but I accidentally gave her a poor review before she arrived, because the tracking system could only give estimates and the "out for delivery" column on the left side of the tracking window turned from red to blue more than 15 minutes before she arrived. I think the tracking system needs to be heavily updated, so that no misunderstandings can occur, especially when the drivers are there to do their jobs.
