Excellent- deserves a Michelin star… Do they give them to cafes? The Broccoli and Stilton cheese soup was delicious and there were 6 other homemade soups to choose from which is most unusual. My partner had scrambled egg and bacon baghette and was hugely impressed with the egg which is not easy to get “just right “! This time they did. We then shared some cakes.. a mini Victoria sponge which was exceptional and a little carrot came that was scrumptious too. Their service too was wonderful and it is truly a gem in the little village of Somerton In Somerset.

First time visiting Somerset. Popped in here for a breakfast. Extremely good value for a large breakfast came with 5 Mins of ordering red hot and very fresh and tasty. The owners very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely return.

Went for a fry up with the family as have done before…Food is always cooked to perfection, hot on arrival and very tasty…The lady who owns the cafe is always very friendly and happy, asks how you are and makes conversation…It’s a very welcoming cafe and almost like your sat at home with your family while your Mum cooks…We don’t come often enough but would come every day ❤️
