“Discovered this take away this week, ordered my first takeaway with them at the beginning of the week, and it was so nice, I really fancied another, so ordered one tonight, same order as before but I fancied adding something new to the order previous with a pizza to try. Unfortunately there was some confusion on my end with the pizza, online it seemed their Doner meat pizza only come with doner meat and cheese, nothing else which is perfect for me as I hate onions etc, but when it arrived, had onions all over it. I was gutted as it was a 15” pizza and cost £13.90 so I wasent sure what to do. I rang them up to explain the situation not expecting an outcome, but they offered to make me a new one and sent it to me free of charge, and I live in Ilchester so that was extra kind of them. They were so kind and understanding and it was great customer service. I would 100000000% recommend these to anyone, great food, great service. Thank you guys so much, you have a loyal customer in me now.”
