Really good food, the roasts on Sunday especially. Have taken family there and always had a good evening. Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice restaurant although the menu is not the same as online. Really delicious burger but I think the food was a little overpriced.

Always go in the White Hart for a fab glass of wine (guaranteed). Went last Friday 6.30pm and the music was blaring so couldnt hear ourselves speak. Managed to find a table as it was busy but the area the music was, was empty (?????). The wine was awful and I was assured it was Sauvignon Blanc - first round told it was NZ and the second round told it was US - both tasted the same and just left it as it was dreadful. Why have they changed the wine? Also why have music blaring out so early in the evening??????Food & drinks: Always enjoy a drink and a meal in the White Hart. Last visit unfortunately not acceptable.Noteworthy details: Love the White Hart usually

Food was nice and the cocktails were fantastic but after we had finished our mains we were ignored for over 40 minutes, I know they were very busy. We even wanted another drink.I mentioned it afterwards I got up to pay, the front of house member said sorry and he would take the service off ? but the service should be a optional choice.

In a sea of slightly disappointing local hotels around Yeovil, this place shines. Situated in the beautiful and thriving village of Somerton, it offers friendly service, simple but nicely decked out rooms at reasonable prices, but the clincher is the vibrant little restaurant downstairs where they serve up great food at just above average pub prices, where the chef clearly cares about what’s being served up. Thoroughly recommended.

This pub has a lovely ambiance, I like it very much but I don't care much for the menu. The food is well presented but there is too much bread on the menu for my taste.

A little slow at the bar but good beer and pleasant helpful service once it was my turn.

It's the food that's 5 stars. Excellent quality and taste. Very happy with our stay overall. Nice staff, lovely room, would definitely recommend.

Stayed here in a very nice room and had a really tasty breakfast of smashed avocado and perfectly poached free range eggs. The staff were friendly and accommodating too.Rooms: Very comfortable king sized bed in "medium" room. Coffee machine and plenty of pods included. Toothbrushes and paste included in bathroom.

This is our 'go to' B&B when visiting family in Somerton. We've stayed here about 6 times with the dogs, who are always made to feel so welcome. Each visit we've had a different room and are never disappointed!

Couldn’t fault at all some of the best food we have had in ages would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again. The food was phenomenal. All the staff were amazing so kind and inattentive, especially Rob who took time out to chat with us at the end. Good value for money as the quality of food and service was faultless.

This is such a lovely hotel, the room was lovely, especially the products in the bathroom! The food was amazing but the best bit was how nice all the staff are, they were just so attentive and helpful, Really cannot recommend this place enough, will certainly come back next year - even just for the amazing Sunday roast and marmite ice cream !
