Quite a small place but nice food and coffee. We only wanted a light lunch so ordered a chicken salad thinking it would only be a small portion as was only £5.50. The portion was enormous so fantastic value for money. Bon appetite.

Very nice for a light lunch. Clean and friendly and not overly expensive.

Appreciated the sit-down while visiting Clarks Village. Nice atmosphere, reasonably priced.

Poor . Asked for a tuna melt got a tuna roll and was told that's it . Asked for a tuna panini got a bag of tuna and mayo in a wrap . Truly awful .

Quite expensive for a small cafe, friend ordered a chocolate milkshake and she got asked if she meant mint she said no, then they gave her a mint milkshake.

Went in for a coffee and snack today. I can honestly say I’d never in a million years ever go back. We had to clear our own table. Coffee was not hot and panini was stale even after toasted. But I’d advise for this place - don’t take orders if no seats. You have to walk into separate section to order and when you get order there’s nowhere to sit as locals obviously know how it works - one grabs a seat while the other orders. Thereby no seating after you’ve placed your order. Terrible food and no service. Staff don’t appear to care that people have to clear own tables - I’ll be reporting this place to the food standards agency too. Carol Evans ps this is the first bad review I’ve ever given to anyone in over 40 years but well deserved in this case I’m afraid and if I can stop anyone else making the same mistake then I’ve done someone a favour.

It's lovely and Christmassy this time of year , the lights and decorations are especially wonderful throughout Clarks Village ! All staff work so hard at pleasing the customers . The shops are full of great bargains - many times I found absolute bargains that were cheaper here than online ..thoroughly recommend this cafe and it's lovely selection of cakes etc .

Bit of a mixed review. Food was lovely as was the pot of tea for two, very welcome as a place to stop on a rainy and cold days shopping. We prefer supporting local independent shops as opposed to the bigger chains. On the downside the till decided to stop working and whilst not the individuals fault she unfortunately had no idea how to get it working....after a lengthy wait...success... Placed the order which she had great difficulty understanding, it was not complicated...although what we received was not totally what we ordered it was still extremely tasty... Be careful with the flooring as it was extremely slippy, could have been the weather, but it was in our opinion quite dangerous.

We used this place instead of the cafe Nero two doors up as we are always determined to use local establishments rather then chains We were on our way to Clarke’s Village where this cafe sits and decided on a coffee here before our excursion My wife and I had flat whites which were delicious and hot Service was good and the display cabinet had lots of tempting cakes panini and sandwiches on offer. This clearly was a continental Italian bar looking at the choices but as it was Breckie time I had a breakfast bagel of bacon and egg which was perfect Seating is in a extended gazebo type affair with more outside For us on this visit all was good and a reasonable independent to support in an area full of chains

Ordered a Tuna Nicoise Salad and got some iceberg lettuce and cucumber with some tuna mayo on top??? When I asked the staff where the egg, olives and potatoes were I was told we don't have any of these! I suggested that they advertise a Tuna Salad as this was definitely not Nicoise!!

Great place to eat when visiting Clarks Village. Their ciabattas are to die for - especially the bacon and cheese melt! The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Stale cake. Took it back, given more stale cake. When I took second stale cake back, other customers were also returning their stale cake. Could not understand one of the employees at all and had to ask her to repeat herself.

Nice food, shame they dont wash hands, or have gloves on when touching food. Using phone then carrying on to prep food, again with out washing hands
