Food was OK. Good job you order yourself via QR code. Manager needs to go on a customer service course and the toilets need fixing. Don't expect a speedy service. Manager thinks 6 tables means the restaurant is full and doesn't like cleaning tables.

I was asked how I'd like my burger cooked I asked for medium (as I usually do) I was very pleased to be asked. When it arrived an hour later, my burger was black, dry and horrid. The side order of avocado was stale & brown. It tasted dreadful and was the size of a small teaspoon. The other side order was grilled Halloumi which was soggy and mostly not grilled. I was very disappointed as I've been a big fan for many years :(

Absolutely awful…rude…attitude towards customers! We booked a table for 7 (5 adults and 2 children) got put on a table that wasn’t big enough for 4 let alone 7…we moved tables after asking…our food came out separately and was cold…2 of the dishes had to go back as was cold and the other burnt and a child’s meal never came out!!! We had to go and ask for our drinks as they were forgotten!Absolutely awful customer service, awful attitude and staff just wondering around twiddling their thumbs instead of serving. Will never go back there again!!!!!

Booked a table for 5 adults 2 children for after ice skating at Clark’s Village ! We were seated on a table that could barely take four of us ! We asked to move to a bigger more comfortable table which they did quite happily! As 2 of our party have food allergies we were told that we needed to order at the bar ! After ordering we had to pay immediately at the bar !We returned to our table, drinks didn’t arrive but the food did ! After going to the bar myself to find out where our drinks were we were told the ticket machine had broken and that our drinks would arrive soon !Meanwhile back at the table one dish arrived burnt and on letting the “waiter” know he quite rudely replied “I’ll take it back but it will come back the same “.My burger was cold not surprising really as I’d been at the bar trying to get drinks sorted ! Again after complaining the duty manager, she decided she would take it back !One of the children’s meals never arrived at all and we alerted 3 different members of staff to the situation, leaving a very teary and upset 6 yr old !But on the bright side we did get a £5.50 refund !I will never return to this shambles they call a restaurant!Rude and unprofessional

Sorry to say that the food was cold when we got it . We could of sent it back but it had taken 45min come to us. We let the staff know and they were very good and offered to take the food back but we were so hungry and didn't want to wait again. we got a refund on one of the meals very good for them.

What a terrible experience. Went there on 28th December 2023. We had to wait ages for the food to arrive during which time we observed the staff regularly lifting the tops off of other people's burgers to see which types they were. I went to the men's room whilst waiting and it was in a terrible state, with the toilet in one cubicle in parts and tissue paper all over the wet floor in the other cubicle. A mountain bike was resting against the sinks. Needless to say I didn't use the toilets.When our food finally arrived the very thin chips that came with our food were cold. We didn't complain because we didn't want to wait yet again for replacements. The burgers were ok but nothing special.The worst insult was the final bill. For 6 of us it was over £90. We'll never eat here again.

Food was very nice but service was a bit slow. had to get up for mayo no tomato sauce. Ice cream was very tasty. One annoying thing was the door kept opening. Milkshake very good. Manager was doing her best in the circumstances. The staff were doing there best while they were short staffedDietary restrictions: The manager was very on top of the dietary requirements

You cannot fault the burgers at GBK, plenty of excellent options of beef and chicken. Their burgers are guaranteed to be tender and juicy. Milkshake is the other highlight I must have every time when I visit.GBK is the first restaurant as you enter the Clarks Factory Outlet after the main car park so it can get very busy during lunchtime. Avoid the rush hours until you are too hungry to wait. The restaurant is very spacious with a variety of seatings and there is a good amount of space between the tables. Staff are attentive but not intrusive. Ordering can be done over the counter, or using the QR code on the phone, perfect during the busy time. We visited between 3-4pm on a Sunday and did not need to wait long for our food.During the week, there are special "meal deals" and students will receive further discounts on presentation of their student ID card.

Totally chaotic! Poor service and poor food. To start with, the toilets weren't working so we had to go out of the restaurant to the nearest public toilets. I had to return a burger twice, asked for well done but it came bloody at room temperature both times. The second time it was returned the chef rolled his eyes and turned his back on me without saying a word. We were not the only customers returning food.Needless to say, I won't be returning!

It was a cold misty day when I stopped by clarks village for break in my travels. I seemed warmth and a meal and then I saw it… The GBK. As I entered the restaurant the warm colours and atmosphere greeted me, a member of staff asked me for how many people the table shall be (it’s nice he didn’t assume I didn’t have any friends) I was taken to a nice booth seat and asked about if I have any allergies or dietary requirements. I thanked and decided to want to order and it had to be the GBK cheese and bacon cooked medium rare. I ordered my food and received allot of interest in conversation from the staff member which was nice. Food took around 10minutes all in all and my strawberry elderflower took about a minute. Food was cooked perfectly medium rare and melted in my mouth with richness of flavour. I would definitely set my foot here again when it’s on the path of my travels again :). Family like atmosphere and welcoming environment with some great food and beverages. Definitely a must have experience.Kid-friendliness: Colouring books, kid menus and crayons available for the little ones as well as high chairs.

Slow service, got the wrong order and the food was cold. Staff were not helpful at all, not happy at all! Very expensive for such a poor experience! Doesn’t take over 30 minutes to cookA burger!

Great staff, very friendly. The burger was good, the rest was below average and the chicken tenders are a joke. Dry and expensive. The brooklyn beer was good. The burger was good. Sides were below average. Price was high. Go to bull and bar in street for a burger that will bury gbk into the ground. Not worth the money. I can't fault the staff at all, the prices set by head office wildly over estimate the value. Just don't bother.

Shocking bad service. Waited nearly an hour for food after being told it was 30 min max waiting time. At no point did anyone come to apologize or notify of the longer waiting times. The manager couldn't care less and even forgot to bring crayons for my daughter to color in.
