Staff friendly and work hard. Generally too small for demand so crowded. Car park is also too small and badly laid out, and the EV charger is oriented so you have to go round the car park to get to it, at busy times that means you get tangled up in the drive through queue and the "deliver to your car" service means the chargers are probably ICEd anyway. Definitely not recommended for charging

I have far too many Loyalty points (20000) to say I don't like it.But still feel automation has changed the atmosphere and service experience.I want more than just cheap and chearful.Staff are hidden. Grabbing the attention of them is impossible. Do we really want this?

Server used hands to take chips from the fry basket and when I told him I wanted No hands on my food (if gloves used no problem) the server had to be held back by the shift manager as he was trying to attack me. Asked manager to keep me informed about Complaint raised, but have been ignored so far.This is a shame as I used to use this site regularly until this happened, now have to drive to Weston-super-mare if want McDonald's

we decided to have a whole family dinner from mcdonald's we ordered burgers they smelled like poison we ate and after about an hour we were all throwing up and the nausea didn't stop i just can't believe the nasty burgers i will never eat mcdonald's burgers again!

I’m absolutely appalled at the food here I bought a bbq wrap and I found a rather large chunk of lettuce. Pictures below. This is so bad even as a cheap fast food chain. This order had no care whatsoever put into it.

An average Maccies all things considered.Walked in and ordered the order itself seemed to take a while, with staff rushing to satisfy drive through orders first it felt like.The order itself was placed around 2:00 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t overly busy all things considered.Would probably still go again but maybe do drive through for that quicker service I guess, it wasn’t just me but a bunch of us waiting 15+ minutes which for McDonald’s is relatively slow

Called in on our way back from Wells Carnival, to grab some well deserved food... Along with several other carnivalite customers...Inside the building it was freezing Probably warmer outside...Food wasn't exactly warm, and with what felt like the Air-conditioning on it got cold very quickly..!!! ?Certainly didn't want us to stay there, that's for sure.....

Took nearly an hour to get your fast food. After waiting 45mins mine and my friends order (we both had kids with us) both displayed off the screen. Once spoke to a member of staff they then sorted.

Typical Maccies, food is up to usual standard for the chain, not the worst atmosphere but I will admit I've never eaten in there. Staff do their best, but are frequently overwhelmed so please do check your order before you leave if taking food away!Dietary restrictions: Seem to be pretty good with following instructions, but again, very overwhelmed staff so double check things!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

Ahh yes Street McDonald's. Absolutely dreadful for drive-thru, and Uber Eats. At least 50% of my orders are missing something. So I decided to do the collection instead. 25mins I sat there patiently. And I went up to the drive thru window to say "come on, 25mins is a pisstake" and this ginger spotty "thing" (couldn't tell if male or female) stood smirking n whispering with its colleague. I spoke to them several times n was ignored, but they continued to look at me n laugh. So I drove off and foned the manager, who didnt listen either. Absolute shambles.Also just want to say, when you get a delivery thats wrong they say "sorry you will have to take it up with Uber" they know fullwell thats impossible. I always order thru the McDonald's App, its MçDonald's who accept my order and cash. The Uber driver collects the sealed order from McDonald's to drop to me. They bring what McDonalds staff has bagged up, yet its their fault when it's wrong!! And they refuse to send out missing items "I can send it if you order again" I was told. Don't be so infantile, accept responsibility and correct your mistakes!! Again I say absolute shambles.

Drive through at Street - female taking order made me repeat myself then got it wrong twice - a flat white, a cappuccino, and a banana shake, which she mistook for strawberry? I was made to feel like I was wasting her time. At the payment window, the screen said banana shake, but young lad said strawberry. He and his little friend thought that hilariously funny and couldn't help but laugh at me. At the delivery window, utter chaos was ensuing inside, and it took 6 minutes before my order was passed to me. The shake had been overfilled to the extent that the contents were bubbling up through the straw-hole on the top and down the sides of it. When I removed the lid to alleviate the pressure, I noticed that the top of the cup had been crushed, causing the lid to not fit correctly. Frankly, the entire 12 minutes spent at your drive-through was a total shambles. And my coffee was cold!
