Unfortunately although service was good considering how busy it was, food was not great. Ordered two garlic bread with cheese and a calamari. All food came out to table burnt. The calamari was inverted so the non burnt side was facing up but very crispy underneath. Disappointing.

We went to the pizza express in Street in Somerset . We were seated straight away, and drinks were ordered. The table and chairs were clean and tidy, and though the restaurant was busy, we were not on top of each other in there. The pizzas were delicious. 10/10!

10minutes wait to get menu . Ordered food and drinks , waited 10 minutes for water to turn up as the waitress had forgotten about it.40 minutes wait for meal. Pizzas were very chewy. Ordered Coffee, 10 minutes wait again.Very poor service. Won't be going there again.!!!!!!

Walked in and was waiting 52 minutes for our food. I noticed they are more bothered about delivery then people waiting in. Pizza didn't even stay together all cheese was falling off and didn't stick to the base. Very poor for a so called big company rather get Chicago Town pizza frozen and cook

Took my 7yo son and his friends here for a birthday party. It was fantastic. Staff were amazing and did a fabulous job of keeping the children entertained and happy. I wish I caught the name of the lady who hosted the party - she was brilliant. A huge thank you to her for making the party so special.Everything leading up to the party was great too - easy and quick booking, with a follow up call on the day to discuss details.The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, not too loud and not too quiet, and the facilities were clean.Thanks again to the team at Pizza Express for a lovely time.

Amazing time here today, just happened to pop in with my partner and 14 month old for lunch. Chris was amazing during our time here making us very comfortable and a pleasure to be around, very approachable, best waiting experience. Mimi was the chef at the time and the food was delicious (our daughter ate more than she threw on the floor which was definitely a compliment ?). Thank you ?Kid-friendliness: Chris was great with our daughter. The food was lovely and on a cold plate which we always appreciate as so many places serve her food on really hot plates
