Received a very warm welcome and asked if any allergies....my Granddaughter who is Coeliac was catered for ( no problem ...) we both enjoyed a very tasty meal ...staff professional who delivered our meal to table ...and plenty of smiles ....this is the first meal my Granddaughter and I have had since Covid began ....felt so comfortable and safe because of her allergies....THANK YOU ...Prezzo ...we definitely will be returning

Lovely service from your two Young members of stuff that served My wife and I at about 15.50 today, we bought sandwiches and crisps but declined as we had had a drink from Costa and said that they were the worst coffee that we had ever had from Costa, the Young man offered to buy us a coffee from his own pocket, we declined but it's this kind of excellent service from your staff that will ensure we use your restaurant again in the future, please pass our thanks to your staff\\nMr Mrs cunningham.

Visited for lunch during a hot, busy day at Clarks Village. Despite a packed restaurant, the food was served promptly and was delicious. We had the Tropicana 🕠and Meatball pasta - both of which were freshly cooked, full of flavour and the portion sizes were more than adequate. The highlight, however, was the absolutely outstanding service which seems so rare these days. In particular Duarte, was perfectly attentive, extremely polite, and charasmatic - on his service alone we will be returning. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing lunch.

The staff are really helpful, not pushy. Food was excellent great service no faults to find, so I guess l'll try harder next time? Thanks guys for a great experience. Definitely gets my recommendation. Enjoyed immensely!

The coffee was good, also some nice little snacks. I did not eat there so cannot say. However they don't take card for less than a fiver and I was just having a coffee. In this day and age there is no excuse not to take a swipe card, so I won't go there again if they are not interested in curomers who simply want a coffee and a snack. I would have gone back most days and eaten there too, if they had accepted me as a small customer. Their loss.
