My husband and I went in for a meal today, we waited an hour for it to arrive. I had chicken tikka masala & hubby had an all day breakfast. It was absolutely awful. The sauce of my chicken Tikka was like water and no taste and my hubbys meal was greasy and you could have stood a spoon in the beans as they were so dried up. I should have complained but we d been sat there for so long I just wanted to get out of there. Very very poor place to eat.

Seems like they are getting back to normal again. The kitchen is open all day again great when we come up after hospital appointments for a quick lunch. The Ruddles Steak pie is amazing. Busy but waiting for almost an hour for the food due to the stake being cooked!!!Sizler wasn't sizling and was luke warm like the rest of food (suspect under a hotplate for too long) although it was cooked well and tasted good, staff plesent and helpful but unfortunately unable to deliver

I'd not been here in years and it doesn't feel like it's changed much. There was a problem with the chef on the day we'd booked for lunch and the staff were great, doing what they could but noticeably a little understaffed.Having pre-booked, a phone call would have been the extra mile for customer service as we were on a tight timeframe and may have opted to eat there another time if we had known, by the time we were there, we didn't really have a choice.When the food came out, which was quick given the situation, it was great. Overall a great trip, a couple of things would really elevate it.Vegetarian options: A few good veggie options, halloumi strips, vegan nuggets amongst a couple.

This is one of those places that "it is what it is". Nothing great to say about it, nothing negative to say about it. Just gets you out the house to get food and go.
Came for lunch had a Roast Beef and a Roast Turkey, both came out within 15 minutes and very tasty with plenty of veg. The staff were very polite and helpful only downside was the lack of the Homer Donut dessert that we wanted to try. We will be back

As we've used this chain before we thought it would be the same but unfortunately not. Service was ok but food portions a bit on the slim side compared to others we've used and overcooked. Only ate it as we were hungry and in a hurry.

Visited on Friday lunch time, excellent service and the food was tasty and hot and came out quickly. Will definitely be returning especially as we can take the dog with us.
