As we've used this chain before we thought it would be the same but unfortunately not. Service was ok but food portions a bit on the slim side compared to others we've used and overcooked. Only ate it as we were hungry and in a hurry.
Slight problem with our meal today but Helen sorted it out really quickly, thank you Helen. It's lovely to have some one that is approachable and helps with a smile.Kid-friendliness: Had two grandchildren with us and they loved the build your own tacos

Came for lunch had a Roast Beef and a Roast Turkey, both came out within 15 minutes and very tasty with plenty of veg. The staff were very polite and helpful only downside was the lack of the Homer Donut dessert that we wanted to try. We will be back
