Cheap and cheerful chain restaurant. Food very average but edible. A sort of you get what you pay for establishment. Two meals cost what we would normally at least pay for one. We wanted a quick bite after the cinema and it fulfilled that purpose perfectly. Service was very good on the whole, food arrived quickly and the staff were friendly and efficient. Kinda of average pub. Food was OK but nothing special. Speed of food service good, but long wait at the bar and the gentleman who served us had strong body odour which wasn't pleasant. Vegetarian in our group were disappointed with the options available.

Met family at the pub. 6 of us for lunch. Plenty of parking in the nearby hotel car park (for 3 hours-Just put your index/details in pad by the entrance to the pub) Staff were very pleasant and food served in a prompt fashion. Food basic but nice and very good value. Some of the chairs are showing their age and could do with re-covering but overall a good place for lunch
