Terrible service, rude management. Whom felt it was appropriate to scream and shout down the phone at me when I complained our food was stone cold. Absolutely disgusted by the service. Been ordering from here for 5 years and never had any issue. Ever since they changed management it's been appalling. Won't be ordering from here again and will be demanding a full refund. Avoid if you want a nice takeaway.

Avoid at all costs.After a genuine error of picking up someone else's order then returning it before touching it, my partner faced verbal abuse. Even if you are starving like we were do not go, urs not worth it.

Pizza’s were good but they got my order wrong and tried to blame me. Once we established it was a staffing issue and they were happy to refund me £1.50 of the amount they had overcharged me for my apparent order, I had the phone put down on me twice and I feel like the manager who I spoke to claimed his “busy time” was more important than one of his staff’s errors. Would not recommend if the staff make a mistake because the manager is horrendous to deal with. As a customer I was particularly insulted by the comment “your wife must be patient because you’re a difficult man to deal with!” How can someone in the service industry make a comment like this?

Ordered in the shop and then had quite a wait, they seemed to be more concerned with cooking food for orders placed for delivery rather than customers in the shop. After some time my partners food was cooked and then put aside, it was then at least another 15 minutes after this that my food was made, so by the time we started to eat his food was only luke warm.

Drove from Blue Anchor bay to get our food, staff very polite and let me buy a 6 nugget children's meal instead of regular 4 but the chips we had for all 3 meals were not nice and didn't taste fresh were dry possibly lunch times as we got there at 6pm. Really didn't want to drive back to complain as takes longer now old roads closed off. Very disappointed!!!

Ordered food delivered up to Doniford caravan park. Man I spoke on the phone was friendly and food was delivered in the time he stated. Food was all fresh and hot. Kofte kebab was exceptional and the salad was fresh really good. Kids loved the pizza.Would definitely recommend this place we will be using again.
