“Popped in for lunch mid week but kitchen was closed but the staff made us feel very welcome and we liked the ambiance of the pub so we decided to book Sunday lunch. On the menu it says beef served pink but if you ask they will cook it to your preference ie if like me very well cooked so don’t let the menu put you off. Lunch was beautiful meat lovely and soft especially liked the Thatchers cider stuffing.”
