It's a good supermarket with a lot of household items.

Very poor customer service the staff were unhelpful (asked where a product was told 'I have no idea'). A bottle got knocked off the belt at checkout (not my fault) and they huffed and puffed at cleaning it up. Checkout lady was completely miserable. I then went to the photo department where the man was very rude! They need to take some lessons from the Aldi Queensway staff! I won't

I'm as big a fan of this Asda as any, but I was confused by an encounter I had today. As I was scanning my shopping at the self-serve, a colleague approached me and snatched a carrier bag from my hand, putting it into the bagging area. Is this normal practice? Are Asda employees encouraged to violate the boundaries of customers? I have many questions after this.

Some staff are incredibly rude. Lots of empty shelves. Brought some crumpets full price went out of date the following day. Not a nice store!

12 of your valued customers and only one till open When I mentioned this to the customer service desk only got a dismissive response, I won’t be shopping here againVery disappointing experience

Baby changing area is good as there’s a specific area that’s not the disabled toilets. There’s also a toilet in the baby changing area which is great for when you need to use the bathroom as well and for when you’re using cloth nappies and need to dispose of babies waste as it’s a more sanitary than dumping it unbagged or wrapped up in the nappy bins.

Empty shelves, specially fresh products like fruit and veg.Whether it’s first thing in the morning or later in the day.The problem has been going on for some time now. What’s going on?

Amazing place for shopping and brilliant service, reasoning for 3 stars is the first time we ordered online (Click and collect) they substituted a lot of our things without warning when they were out of stock. We got no refund and didn't get the products we wanted.

Good place for clothes and basic household goods, but naff all available for gluten free. Now, I don't know whether I caught them on a bad day and they just hadn't restocked, but there was practically nothing on their shelves for gluten free and what there was was all over the place. There was a relatively large gluten free area so, as I say, could have just been a bad day.

It's okay.Good range of foods but a pain in the bum if only 2 tills working

Firstly the store had most of what I needed so that's at least a positive..Now the real reason for the low rating, I work in retail, I understand the daily pressure of the job, be that the work load or the occasional difficult customer but we are employed to be happy and helpful. So when I came shopping today one home shopper in particular needs a real slap from the managerial pep talk book as she was just a massive sour grape and made nothing but daggers at my wife for being in her way, no "excuse me" or "sorry can I get there" which would of got her on her merry way with her pick speed but no, just made me want to walk out the store after saying a few 'polite' words to her. Maybe this store needs to go back through the training videos on customer service.

A huge thank you to "Lou" at lunchtime today. We had spent 15 minutes looking for Muslim to strain some fruit.Despite picking for home delivery, Lou left what she was doing and helped us look around the shop for some, then went to seek assistance from a colleague in George.Thank you for sparing 10 minutes to help us, and not leaving until she knew we had got what we wanted.Thank you Lou.
