The food was ok but they had no drinks on draft so bottled drinks only which doesn't really bother me and the coffee machine was broken which you know it happens but the disabled toilet was disgusting it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in ages it's out dated and the rust that was in the sink was so bad... well I'm assuming it was rust and it didn't have any toilet roll init anyway just makes me think how clean their kitchen is

Tired and very old decor, could do with a make over to bring the place in line with other BK restaurants. Food was good however so no complaints on that front!

Absolutely filthy everywhere you look.. The Angus burger looked like it had been pulled out the bin and the fries were cold felt like cardboard and there was about 15 chips in a large portion.. they did make me a fresh order after making them aware but unfortunately it was a very very disappointing visit.. would not go again just because of how filthy dirty it was..

Food cold and soggy.A member of staff with assistant manager staff badge black/brown hair and glasses. Was very Rude and disrespectful thought she was better than everyone else. Would not even step into this restaurant again if they can't be bothered to train their staff in basic customer service and respect.

The restaurant was a mess. Table had been wiped over but wasn't clean. The floor needed a good clean. Burger was good and saved my review from a lower score.

Needs a big investment for a makeover! The place was absolutely filthy! Tables dirty, rubbish on floor and toilet sink was brown!

Ordered Crispy Chicken meal with onion rings. Chicken was well cooked and tasted brilliant. Server was lovely, polite and welcoming.

Great burger. Cooked fresh. Toilets open for free use.No seating inside due to covid regulations unfortunately. I had to sit on the park bench, ducking a diving the seagulls.Staff were happy chappys, enjoying what life was throwing at them. I had to ask for napkins and salt, they weren't provided automatically.
The experience starts with the very poorly designed self ordering machines which spit out 2 receipts, with one containing a heavily diaguised randomly generated 5 digit size 6 Arial font order number.
After a 3 hour wait expect your food to be served dry, and if you are eating in, make sure you have all your vaccinnations and do your best not to put anything on the filthy tables.

Very slow unhurried service, staff looked like they hated every minute of being there. One was more interested in sorting cups than serving. Also, I was told that they don't sell Strawberry or Vanilla Milkshakes. I thought all branches did.

Would give no stars if at all possible. Sullen unhelpful staff. One member of staff taking orders at a busy lunchtime - and also manning fryers. Waited nearly 15 minutes after ordering - fast food? Avoid at all costs!
