The manager and staff of this BK has no standards and the place was filthy, it was not even that busy when we went for dinner there. The fries were missing from one of our meals after we waited 20 minutes for food, the fries were over cooked, the burgers were not warm enough. When I asked for tomato ketchup or mayo I was told I had to pay for them despite ordering £40 worth of food! The blonde girl team member on the front counter had no enthusiasm and a very poor attitude. The tables were filthy and not wiped down between the customers visiting and the floor was grotty and dirty! The men’s toilets were disgusting and not cleaned for what looked like a month at least. The place had a poor atmosphere and the staff were really unhelpful and just had a very bad attitude. Whoever is the manager of this BK needs to step up and get some standards and get the staff doing what they should be doing! The worst food establishment I have been too in Weston and it seriously should be shut down due to hygiene reasons!

A great place to eat. Friendly staff and tasty food.The place was clean and tidy, with lots of seats available. Toilets were nice and clean too.Using the app made it good value for money. 2 whopper meals for £9.99. The frozen Fanta's were so refreshing too.

Decided to have a burger,as returning from holiday at about 8.00pm . Had drive throughWhat mistakes .Smallest chicken burger every ., soggy ,looked like it had been hanging around for a long time!!!!.Will never ever go back there again ,even thought I live locally

Got to be the WORST BK I've ever eaten from. Was fed up of cold deliveries so drove there and ordered myself. 45 mins later, YES 45 minutes later, at the drive through, I was handed my food. I live maybe 2 mins from the restaurant but, when I got home and started my meal, it was FREEZING cold, looked like it had been thrown together my Optimus Prime wearing Marigolds, and was totally disgusting. The same horrible crud that usually arrives via Just Eat. So, it's NOT the delivery guys fault, it's actually the staff in the restaurant itself. The Manager needs to get a grip of the situation before he loses his franchise. The service at the drive through was pitiful, slow, slap dash and not one member of the staff had a clue what they were doing or had any customer skills. I won't be buying again and advise others NOT TO BOTHER either!

Shame…. Like all these places it feels like even though you are in store getting food…. You have all the takeaway drivers ahead of you. Only went in for a drink and had to wait just over 5mins.
