Great food and service from all the staff. Rocky road is one of my favourites. Great selection of other food items on display as always in any Costa

Waiting in the queue for a flat white and a toasted sandwich I watched barrista Jamie really itching his eye, pulling the sleep out and playing with his nose. So disappointed that when I came to order he was the one to serve me. I decided to put the sandwich back, stick with the coffee and hope I don’t catch anything. It upsets me a lot that many people in the food industry have no regard for personal hygiene and I will not be visiting again. There was also some unidentifiable white goop on my teaspoon. Please give Jamie some advice on personal and public hygiene!

Although it's been remodeled, what a tip. Front door window broken. Another large window broken. Air conditioning broken. Staff miserable. Can't be bothered being polite, only talking between themselves. Won't go back there again. Sorry

not been since M&S started doing their food, however ive avoided it for a while now, used to easily be able to get a frostino, with a cheese & tomato toastie and a cake for £6, last i went in there, the prices rose over the space of a month and a half, from £6 to £9 for what i wanted, which is daylight robbery, i can buy the ingredients to make that food in tesco for cheaper than that, its often busy and noisy in this costa and the food, whilst absurdly expensive is very good, staff tend to be friendly, though seem underworked, the amount of times there has been a queue out of the door and 3 staff members just standing behind the counter doing nothing, when 1 slaves away trying to keep up with the orders is staggering. i do however like the setting and how the seating areas are arranged here

So many Coffee shops but I constantly go to this one everyday because of the exceptionally helpful polite staff at this store. Always helpful, always cheerful and so very helpful when I want to try something different to try. Absolutely fantastic and I recommend whole heartedly. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I visited today & the service was outstanding.
I came in just before 6 (they close at 6.30) I felt a little bit awkward as I was the only customer & knew they were closing soon, but the server assured me that it was no trouble. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he was so friendly & welcoming.
Great customer service!

Friendly, helpful service, decent coffee - great vegan options (i think there are 5 different non dairy milk alternatives).
I always pay the extra 20p or so for the better coffee as i don't like their standard stuff.

Perfect location on Oxford Street in the shadow of St Barnabas Church and the Town Hall! The plate-glass windows cover right around the corner, which affords an 180 degree view of the street-scene. And the interior is so spacious, so clean and airy! We had coffee and cake - my choice was Rocky Road (I Iove it), and my daughter had a slice of iced sponge. We sat, chatting, sipping and munching for quite a while as the afternoon grew dark outside. Staff are jolly and friendly. Toilets are absolutely superb! Highly recommended!

The was the first place I visited for a quick coffee when I arrived in Weston by train after a long journey on a Sunday afternoon. I found the service excellent here. The barista who served me was really attentive and welcoming and should get a customer care award. Despite me being hardly audible wearing a mask she took the extra care to get my order spot on. Seeing that I had a suitcase which is always a pain she offered to carry my coffee and cake over to my table for me. A nice act of kindness makes a big difference. A great first impression of Weston!

The cafe is situated on the corner opposite the end of High Street in one direction and looking across the pedestrianised Union Street (where the outdoor seating is situated) to Emmanuel Church in the other. There are two entrances from Oxford Street and Union Street; the seating area is quite spacious and tables are not too close together, with a range of seating from comfy arm chairs to bench seating and individual chairs.. The usual range of snacks and Costa coffees are on offer with seasonal specials. The staff are friendly and service is pretty good. The decor is pleasant and not too stark as one or two of the other Costa cafe's in town are. In all, a pleasant place to enjoy a coffee!
