Now called something else, absolutely atrocious service, by a non English speaking assistant, waited 40 minutes for breakfast, only to be be told by said assistant she has "forgotten to put our order in* no apologies from anyone, just a "you can wait if you want ,I'll put order in again" we walked out, along with about another 12 people, the café needs someone in charge, to manage or at least supervise the counter "staff" and someone capable of speaking English to serve people, never again for us, you can take your chances....but be prepared for rudeness and disappointment, it's a shame you can't give no stars, they don't deserve the 1

Awful. Waited ages to be served lady was so rude.Wanted vegan sausage rolls for myself and daugter or vegan breakfast Lady said none cooked and wouldnt cook us anything. We had to settle for just a drink. We noticed other people being served and she Did cook for them, but her attitude towards everyone was appauling.Shant recommend or go backVegetarian options: Nothing available or Vegan options even though menu states it is.

Always seems to be a very long wait on food usually 30-45 mins, more times than not what I have ordered they don’t have any in stock and have run out so I usually just end up having a coffee instead - wouldn’t bother ordering food again as the service is so slow and

Poor customer services, no body seemed to know what they were doing, it took us longer to get served then for us to get our food, staff were just stood around and not helpful at all and no body seemed to know what food was going to which table. My mum also split her milk on the floor when we were taking our tray to the tray rack and a staff member (who I believe appeared to be the manager) and was just sat watching her do it and no one helped, not a good experience at all. However, the chef cooking was working extremely hard! Wont be going back

Came into the cafe today, lovely lady at the till, asked for 2 hot chocolates and I wanted marshmallows wanted to check if they was gluten free, as I’m coeliac so the lady at the till asked the other staff member if the marshmallows were gluten free, the lady shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know and said to the girl at the till to get the allergen menu out, the lady who shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know was very rude about it, at the end of the day all she had to do was have a look at the packet of the marshmallows it’s not that hard.She should of had training to know all allergies when serving food.

Nice little cafe with friendly staff. Can get busy so be prepared to wait a little for service and table being wiped down. But overall clean and tidy. Lovely hot latte, very nice muffins and good selection of sandwiches etc. Little bit pricey, but no different from high St coffee shops. Would definitely visit again when in the area.

Really lovely guys are here on a Saturday morning, nothing to much trouble and also very helpful and polite despite being very busy and pressured. Very helpful with regards to allergy info, despite their allergy sheets having wrong info they patiently let me check the ingredients ? Food good too and reasonably priced.

Convenient for lunch while shopping and reasonably priced excluding CAKE.£3 a cake loses it a star, cake £2.50 with a meal and I would buy all the time.Staff friendly and cafe does not pretend to be something it is not.No chips or fried food, however does do pizzas, jackets etc
