I dont usually leave 1 star reviews, but I am constantly left disappointed with this KFC branch. They are always consistent in forgetting items from my order. Every single time. I can appreciate if it was an occasional mistake. But I quite literally expect to have something missing when I receive my order and have to go through the refund process. Please sort this out. KFC is usually top of my list for takeaway, but this branch puts me off due to their dreadful order accuracy.

Been to kfc weston on two accations last time contracted food poisoning very bad hygiene don't go there I been ill for 10 days so be careful .

Waited 20 min and guess what ? Ordered colonel's meal 4 pieces and received this ( see picture). If you can’t take an order and your distracted by others go home. I’ve seen all the people going back in because their order was messed up.. tried to call but no one is answering, probably they know why.

I think it was disgusting that I waited outside for 30 minutes the free mini Philip burgers and a boneless banquet meal the whole car park was full up and the restaurant and when my girlfriend went in by the time she got out the restaurant was empty and the car park was empty and I watched seven other people going after her order a lot more food and what she had and they come out before hers with their food
