This outlet is now in total free fall. It's a shame because it used to be the best. Freezing cold. No Internet. The only reason for two stars was the very helpful cleaner chappie. Otherwise, it would have been just one.

The staff at this restaurant seem to be utterly incompetent. They were unable to prepare my sandwich correctly, and then claimed it was "illegal" to add a tomato slice onto my sandwich. They claimed that I was shouting at them when I wasn't, and they refused to explain anything other than the fact that the tomato slice was "illegal". On visits prior to this, the staff have been unhelpful and rude to me about my disability. Today, all I wanted to know was why they wouldn't put a tomato on my sandwich, and they showed that they don't care about people, only money.Dietary restrictions: This McDonald's refuses to adapt sandwiches for guests with dietary requests or requirements. They seem to hate disabled people.

this mcdonalds sucks, it says 24/7 but probably 2 out of 3 times I went there after Midnight It was closed. and for the times that it is open, they usually forget to out the entire order. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE

Went there for lunch. Cannot recommend. No heating on at all. Was freezing in there. Toilets in gents over flowing.

Went to the drive through and they got the order wrong . Returned and they were quick to replace, so I thought.Same stuff so had a BigMac salad ?

Typical for food - dry, cold. Table service was fine. Atmosphere always ruined by at least 1 obnoxiously loud, inconsiderate family. Can managers do nothing about this?! Also at least 3 members of staff that were seen looked like they hadn't showered since they started their job. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get out of our parking space due to the genius idea of putting the drive thru the way it is and traffic blocking pretty much all the spaces.

Staff here are as indifferent as they come.Dump your fries on a dirty tray, who cares, spill 1/6 of your chips... who cares, spill the salt on the chips... who cares.Cold, old chips and wraps... who gives a damn... definitely not the staff at Weston Links.If they are having a competition for worst McDonald's in the UK, they are smashing it.

I am disabled and need help sometimes, although it was fairly busy but for me it's not disabled friendly. I ended up asking a young man a customer for help, we did the order but it didn't give us a number or receipt. When telling staff I was told to just wait but I needed to sit down, I asked if someone could bring it to me. Unbeknown to me my number was called out, the food was taken to the back. Two other customers had the same problem, it took a kind lady asking me if my order was sorted but it wasn't so she told the staff. 15 minutes later she asked again and told them my order at which point they passed it to her, it wasn't very warm but I was hungry.She got part of her order and she had to wait for her meal but being pregnant and the children she had to get back up again. All in all, no apologies, the person's reasoning was it just happens. We are shut off from staff and no proper communication, very disappointed with my experience. Maybe your store in worle could help this Macdonald store . Shameful really!!Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter store easily but once in it's difficult to get around if busy and no real help either, very poor, perhaps members of staff should try it out for themselves even in a power chair as my scooter wouldn't be used unless very few customers or empty. I hope this helps others

Bought 3 separate meals and each one of the meals were cold. Burger was like roadkill and freezing cold,I only ate it as I was hungry because I was working all day. Chicken wrap was like a sxxxway sandwhich as it was cold aswell,French fries were cold and rubbery where they had been standing to long. Absolutely Disgusting, it was a treat for me and my friends as we're on low income and this is what you gave us..At least you have given us free meals for next visit but I don't know if I'll be ordering there again. Besides Bxxxxxking serves a better tasting burger and you get free refills.

My drive-through order was wrong. ( I only wanted a banana milkshake, I got vanilla with a tiny taste of strawberry) They corrected it, but I needed to travel back as I had left before I realised.

Milkshakes are very much a hit and miss, more often than not, none available.Chips had been standing to long and were cold.The delivery drivers were always been sorted out before in house

My Wife and i stopped in to treat my Mum for her 76th birthday, she loves a Big Mac with no cheese.No receipt paper in the touch screen, long wait for food.Drove to Mums (3 minute drive) dished out food while poorly singing happy birthday and found all of the food was cold, not warm or warmish but cold!I will definitely not be using this McDonald's again.

If I could give this a zero star review I would, this has been the third time now I’ve ordered from Uber eats/just eat, even Deliveroo and all three times my order has been messed up, I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for a job ? they don’t train you if you do work there, it’s bad, it’s a mess in that place, food is always cold and workers/manager does not care, luckily the second time we ordered we went there and we got the whole order for free, highly do not recommend this place
