Went solo for a meal. It took about 45 minutes for food to arrive. But it was tasty and delicious.

Arrived at the establishment and was greeted by friendly staff and taken to a table very quickly. I used the online mobile phone app to order the food. Which was very to use. Ordered bottomless soft drinks and a variety of food from the menu. Great value for money and good quality service and food. Highly recommended place to dine for a night out.

Ordered food from our table using the QR code at 18:04pm our food turned up at 19:15pm. There was only the two of us and I wouldn't have called it busy. Food was decent and wait staff were pleasant, but over an hour wait was poor. Order number #0f8172

Grilled chicken burger??? there wernt no grill marks at all it was plain and cold ,was disgusting the cook needs a slap

Got to the restaurant at 6:30, and was told there would be a 40 minute wait for a table for 4, which we thought was odd as there were at least 3 empty tables in the restaurant. When me and the husband sat down on the sofa in the waiting area, we were told we weren’t allowed to wait for our table inside and was sent out into the blistering cold for 40 minutes. When leaving, we noticed at least 2 other tables leaving, so in total noticed at least 5 tables free… found this side of the experience incredibly odd and made us hesitant to return.When we came back at 7:00, the restaurant was even emptier than when we left it just 30 minutes earlier.Although the food was good and service was quick, I don’t think we’ll be returning again.

We visited on a quiet weekday evening and were pleasantly surprised. Great service from attentive staff and the food was great, my partner said it was one of the best Nandos he'd ever had. Will return next time we are back in the area.

Underwhelmed. Food was worse than a fast food outlet but a lot more expensive. Chicken in a bun, chicken was cold, small portion of chips. Impersonal atmosphere, order via app or get up and stand in line at till. No salt, no mayo available from the self service accompaniment bar, which if course you have to get it and do it yourself, along with pour your own drinks. Not exactly a restaurant, it's a wonder they don't ask you to grill your own chicken.
We haven’t been to Nandos in ages but this one is definitely one of the best we’ve visited. The staff were really friendly & helpful when seating us as we had someone in a wheelchair & a pushchair with us. The food came really quickly & was nicely cooked, the beanie wraps we had were really good & none of the chips were soggy. The sauces were abundant & none of the bottles were down to the last dregs in the bottom. The ambiance of the restaurant is light & open plan due to all the windows, which made for an enjoyable dining experience. We’d definitely return if we were back in Weston.

We decided to visit here on a Saturday evening. It wasn't too busy and our party of 8 were seated immediately.Ordering is done via QR codes on the tables, and it's simple.Our food was with us in no time at all and we all enjoyed our choices.A nice restaurant with a warm comfortable feeling to it.

I have been to the best part of a hundred Nandos up and down the country and the Weston one has been my best experience so far! After our Deliveroo driver decided to keep my delivery for himself, the manager and staff on shift fired the ovens back up at 9:55pm (5 mins before close) to re-make my whole £80 order so that way our kids got their Nandos!Thank you so much to everyone on shift last Friday night, it was much appreciated!

The service provided by the waiting staff was great, they even made sure to have separate servers for the "allergy" plates of food (the allergy server washed his hands before serving) to make sure there's no cross contamination. The food was great, they even adapted my rainbow bowl to my needs. My mark down was less for the service and more for the lack of napkins and salt. Even though it was quiet it seemed there wasn't alot of anything, even cutlery. I wouldn't want to visit when it's busy.
