I ordered my usual and went in to collect. I was greeted by the staff who are always as friendly as ever. As always a really positive experience in a place I know can get very busy. Keep up the good work

Excellent food & service. I always collect my orders here in person, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Now on to the food itself: excellent! Very nice pizzas, especially the Cheesy Bites crust and the recent Big New Yorker style pizzas. I love their delicious pepperoni deep pan, they do a nice vegetable supreme which is always filled with lots of toppings, and the hotter veggie sizzler. The side orders are nice such as the cheesy garlic bread (sadly not always available, I always order at least one portion if it's in stock), the Tear & Share and of course the new Melt range; all tasty and highly recommend. Generous toppings, crispy crusts, bases are always well cooked (not soggy like other take away places), the pizzas are an excellent combination of juicy, crispy with lots of flavour. I must say, in particular the Cheesy Bites pizza with Half & Half and extra toppings is a work of art in itself, the Best Pizza around. I am a regular customer and always get either a weekly or fortnightly order from this branch, it is also the only one in WSM and in the region. The Pizza Hut website has lots of deals that are excellent value and of course they have the Slices Reward scheme. Overall I am very satisfied with the service, the food is lovely, staff are helpful and I definitely recommend. I always look forward to ordering my next weekly order of delicious food :)

According to the app my pizza was baking for 30 minutes. It’s now been ‘being packed’ for 25 minutes. Its 35 minutes late. Im expecting it to be very well cooked and very well packaged when/if it finally arrives.Tried calling. They have just hung up on me every time.

This has gone so down hill! Waited nearly an hour and a half for delivery on a Thursday night. Tried calling Pizza Hut 23 times to chase and not once did they answer! Prices have gone up, service has gone down hill. Never again

Unbelievable customer service, called by the driver saying they cant find my address. No idea how not. Called up the store and was accused of shouting and getting angry which was completely untrue and the guy put the phone down on me, called a second time and he didn't it again. Called a 3rd time to be told they aren't able to deliver it as they have no drivers and can't give me a refund and told to send an email. Utterly shocking pizza hut and thieves and scammers unbelievable AVOID at all costs

Ordered 3 pizzas at 8.57pm. 30-40 minutes was the estimated time. At 9.30pm it said it was being packed for delivery. At 10pm I called and he said it was in the oven. Waited 30 minutes. Called at 10.30pm and he said it was in the oven again. Turned up around 11:15pm. Tried to have this rectified by speaking to 'Afran' from customer services and he couldn't seem any less interested.Will never order from here again. £50 for 3 pizzas that took over 2 hours to arrive after constant lies from the store/app. Cheers
3 stars is being kind. The lady who received my order through just eat had issues with Wi-Fi so my order didn't confirm for 15 minutes which isn't a problem one bit I just wanted to point out the good as well as the bad, she was very understanding and polite. when the food arrived I was left very disappointed, the delivery guy set the tone with his awful people skills, the pizza was underdone as well as the wedges (which are always underdone tbh) and to top it off they forgot my standard garlic dip and my added extra one, which then led to me having to go out to get garlic dip from Tesco whilst cooking my meal in the oven. I am not from Italy but I'm pretty sure you guys need to leave your products in the oven longer. Very poor from you guys at pizza hut lol.

After waiting for my food for over 40min past its due time, I rang the shop to be told there was an issue with the oven and they can get my food to me in 45 minutes or apply online for a refund. No call to let me know, or even just cancel the order. I had to to ring them. Kids are hungry and upset. Off to Dominos we go.

Pizza Hut is good, but don't order this hut after 10 pm. They didn't deliver the pizza to me, and there has been no refund and any apologies at all.
