Everything you’d expect from a premier Inn. Easy self serve check-in. Good sized room.

Arrived a little early (2.00pm)after a long journey. Was told you can't check in before 3.00pm. We were offered an early check in if we paid £10. The room wasent ready. We declined and went for some lunch. The Beefeater did not offer a lunch menu. Came back after 3.00pm and there were long queues waiting for staff because self check in machines not working. Finally our turn, room was ready but was on the first floor. My wife can't cope with stairs and there is no lift. Was offered an easy access room (disabled). It was situated two doors away from the main corridor door. Big mistake. The noise from people coming and going all night was awful. A warning to less mobile people, do not stay at this establishment.

Perfect in every way. Our stay here, exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly & helpful, The room was spotlessly clean & tidy with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very nice and hot.

Never normally have a problem with Premier Inn, which I why we always book them! But the first room we were given had a poo in the toilet, blood on the bath, was freezing cold and a dirty sock over the smoke alarm!! The second room had dirty bedding. It was only a short visit on the way to the airport, so I really needed the sleep, but not this night! Staff were really helpful and friendly though! Can't fault them

Stayed here for a night whilst visiting friends. Twice room service tried to enter the room whilst we were still in. The second time one of us wasn't dressed it was lucky I was by the door.Went down to the desk to discuss what had happened to be told that one of our keys had already been checked out. Me and my husband both still have our key that was handed to us when we checked in. So not only concerned that room service were entering the room without our permission but also concerned about who else 'had a key' and could have entered our room whilst we were sleeping. Will not be staying here again.Photo shows me with 2 keys after being told we checked one in.Safety: Not safe.

Great location and Beefeater next door was a bonus. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. The only thing that let this down for me was the bed! I was in complete agony the next day.

Stayed here for four nights while holidaying in the area. Handy location for Weston-super-Mare if you have a car! The room was very spacious, clean and was a great price. There are a lot of rooms in the building, and it's right next door to a Beefeater if you want food (we only had breakfast here one morning, but it was decent). We spent most of our time travelling around the area, but it was great to have a base to come back to each night. There is another Premier inn on the seafront at Weston-super-Mare. We stayed at this one due to it having a carpark. There is a lot of sports going on in the area. We considered going to the leisure centre for swimming, however never found the time to get there!

This was the worst experience of Premier Inn ever , in fact because of the customer service experienced I won’t be using again .Everything is based on minimising cost ranging from coffee machine fill levels, the non-existent Wi-Fi ( even if you had to upgrade to Ultimate, )the lack of fresh food and having to ask breakfast staff to top up the orange juice and the fresh fruit, the out of stock pastries , and mushrooms ( can’t they see the need to common sense ) ? the need to pre-ordering of scrambled eggs that took ages to arrive and the tired and dirty accommodation with no reception service most of the time i e never answering the reception no .Finally no air conditioning or apparent daily servicing of rooms . Find something else for £80per night .

Was at the Beefeater, had a great time and great company, food was very nice indeed, and the special offer at the time (40% off) made it even more tasty ? ?. Staff helpful and friendly. Worth a visit if you like a good steak.

Went here for the Sunday breakfast, we had to wait quite a while for the bacon and eggs to be refilled and the coffee machine had run out of milk, so had to wait again for that to be refilled. But apart from that, the food was very acceptable and worth the wait.
