Stayed at Premier Inn, Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront) for two nights 5/6 January 2022.\\n\\nIn the UK there were 200,000 positive Covid 19 cases per day, I was shocked to be told the reason why the window handles had been removed was due to Health \\u0026 Safety, how is this when you have safely cables attached to the windows.\\n\\nThe kitchen/bar was closed due to staff off sick with Covid, however it was serving breakfast for guests and none of the staff were wearing staff.\\n\\nThere was no buffet breakfast, ordered scrambled eggs, it was awful microwaved and tasteless, bacon was like leather, sausages did not taste like sausages.\\n\\nThere should have been an discounted parking across the road, it turned out the council was not offering it anymore. Staff told me they still had to update the website.\\n\\nI found the common areas of the hotel/lift were dirty.

Standard Premier Inn format so you know what to expect. Location is very convenient, close to the Grand Pier and town centre. Clean pleasant room, and clean pleasant staff.

I stay at premiers a lot of time in fact I'm learning not to bother booking other hotels who's promises come very short ....how ever premier gives what it says and this one in weston is no different much busier as at the seaside not as the same standard as say the one in Oxford....but never the less a comfortable sleep and a great breakfast its clean and well sanitised great choice and close to the town and the good old grand pier enjoy ......john

Only thing I can say that I thought wasn't great was only one side of the bed had a bed side table! For 2 adults that's sad. Lol!\\nOtherwise staff were helpful and friendly. Clean space too!

Good location. Not sure why they tell customers they're getting WiFi with the booking and wait until you try to use the Internet, and find out it's way too slow to stream decent video, to flog you 'premium' WiFi for an extra fiver.

Room 216 was awful stayed 4 nights, wind blowing through a poor window, rain leaking through the ceiling and constantly dripping onto window sill which drove us mad first night reception gave us towels to put on there sills and stated most rooms that side of the building had the same trouble. The walls looked like they had been used for paint testing as patches everywhere and the panel below the sink was not even on,just left at the side covered in thick dust.\\nAs for the state of the windows there and the restaurant below it was disgusting hence we didn't eat there

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel easy to find. Room was a good size but OMG the smell., a smoker had been here before me and it made me feel sick. I hate the smell of stale cigarettes smoke, if I wasn't in a rush I would have asked to move rooms, it was horrid, had to use my body spray to get rid of it, yuck. Also upon my return late at night, no security guards and couple of lads hanging around the door asking me to let them in, quite threatening, so be aware if you are a lone female, security is not high on their list.

We've stayed many times and the location is good. This stay was spoiled a little by the long delay of nearly half an hour due to technical issues with cards. Sadly the problem was badly handled by the manager who left the poor receptionist to her own disaster while she trained a new staff member. She could easily have helped out on the desk to get the queue down which was out the front door! Anyway moan aside it's a prem inn and always nice rooms.

Bargains can be had in this fresh, large welcoming hotel. Downstairs is the pub open to the public where you can get a good meal. Have a pleasant drink before you start your evening. The beds are clean, large and comfortable. The pillows are lovely. A great nights sleep. Help yourself to more tea and coffee in the foyer if you run out. It’s a good visit.

A wonderful place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The best breakfast in the South West. Easy access to the trains and buses. Great seafront views. This place is the one to go to if you're in Weston super mare.

Absolutely amazing. From checking in to checking out, was all fantastic. Friendly, happy staff who can't do enough. We came on the 21st August 2019 for 4 nights. The rooms were clean and fresh. The food in brewers fayre was beyond our expectations and the breakfast was never short of freshly cooked food. We were so impressed we have pre-booked for next year.

Comfy beds, clean quiet rooms with all the mod cons, great location, nice breakfast, only downside was it had just the 1 lift working the 3 days we were here which was annoying.

Fantastic stay with my two granddaughters. As always the rooms were sparkling clean, staff very efficient and friendly, great family food at breakfast and dinner. This is our third stay at Weston Premier Inn, the location is unbeatable but very quiet inside.

I grew up in Weston Super Mare and although we named it Weston Super mud, because of the sinking mud when the tide goes out, I still think it is great for a day trip or a holiday. The main beach is good for the pier, Tropicana and the sea aquarium but if you are staying for a few day's, it is worth exploring either side of the main beach. On the rights side you have lady bay which is a lovely little pebbled bay with a nice walk way along the sea and on the left side of the main beach you have Uphill beach which has sand dunes with many tunnels for children to explore. At the end of uphill beach is the village uphill which has a hill with a little ruined castle from world war two at the top and overlooks the marshes, well worth exploring these places.
