The service, even though busy, was quick, friendly and efficient. The fish & chips were excellent, well cooked and fresh. Overall lovely. Will definitely be back for more.

As a local resident I must say Puffins is the best for Service, Quality of fish, quality of chips & sausages & excellent value for money. Puffins is so good my family drive from Worle past numerous chip shops, pay to park near sea front in order to enjoy the best fish and chips in Weston!Parking: Use Sovereign Centre multi storey car park so you pay when you exit, its 3 minutes walk to Puffins which is opposite the Grand Pier. rather than on street parking where if you go beyond your set time you get fined.There are numerous takeaways opposite the Pier, be sure its PUFFINS, if there is a queue, its fast service and worth the queue.You can then enjoy the Grand Pier

There are tables and chairs inside but there is no table service and you are responsible for clearing up after eating.Vegetarian options: Not really a place for vegetariansKid-friendliness: Plenty of options.Parking: No parking in immediate streets but a shopping centre is nearby with parking for £1.30Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and wide doors. Staff will bring food around if you are solo as counters are fairly high.

The best chippy, it's delicious......you can also put your own salt and vinegar on aswel which is really good, fish - perfectly cooked and the batter - WOW.Chips are also really nice, well worth a visit.

Slow and pathetic service. There are about 5 nannies behind the counter, all daydreaming. One's staring at the microwave, one's staring at the receipts, one's staring at the clock. It felt as if I was watching hypnotised babies drooling from their mouths ? About 2 of them were actually doing something, albeit at a sloth's pace.Oh no! ?? I almost forgot! If I say anything to hurt the fragile feelings of Mr scary owner man's little chippy, he'll get his legal team on me and cause me significant damages for libellous statements ?? I better be very careful about what I say as this is a hot topic guys!! Ok ok, I'll stop now, otherwise how else will they be able to sleep at night? This guy would start an argument with a tree. I'm surprised Gordon Ramsay hasn't visited ?Listen buddy, I feel bad for you, honestly. I would be angry all the time too if I spent all my time writing essays to people I don't know. ?? I admire how you hate social media because self important people like yourself use it make ludicrous comments, yet use it yourself to spread your own negativity to criticisms. Tea was absolutely disgusting, didn't even look appetising. The food was hot, but I had what appeared to be a facial hair, from a beard between my tasteless fishcake and my chips. Needless to say, we won't be returning..

Hi there I said that I would leave a review on our visit. Good service, good food and no frills but clean. Can I suggest that the cafe is part of what was a traditional building that was very grand in its day.

Had a cone of chips as I wasn't too hungry. There was an option to sit in and the staff were friendly and welcoming. But the chips seemed like they were twice cooked, a few blemishes, and a really poor after taste with what seemed like an overly floury potato. Not very impressed. Edible. But not winning any awards.Additional: in response to the owner, visited 11th July, can't remember exact time, or which way the wind was blowing. My humble apologies that I posted reviews in batch and only for a £1.40 cone of chips. Do I need to spend a set amount before reviewing? I like to leave honest feedback good and bad. You seem unable to accept any form of criticism and resort to ad hominem attacks. Perhaps if you had a better quality of chip I would have left a more positive review and come back for more instead of sitting in the shop thinking "these are grim".
