“When I arrived at Subway, it looked very clean and tidy, I was served be the manager who was polite and made sure I had everything I needed, I have to say that this subway is very generous with there fillings because other places I have been to they only put 2 slices of ham in the roll, when I question this to the manager he said we always put 4 slices in on a 6inch as that was part of there training, I think other subways need to take lessons from this branch. Thank you for a brilliant service, could not get your name but I saw manager on your badge, will definitely be coming back to this branch again...”

“I want to say a massive thank you to Ross who works here. I came in a couple of weeks ago and my anxiety got the better of me, Ross was great with me and told me not rush to get my order out. He made me feel at ease and even tho I felt really stupid and spoke a load of random stuff he was really patient with me. I went back in today and got served by him again and he was still great. Really friendly, having a laugh with both the customers and the staff, and made me feel welcome. He double-checked with me to make sure that I had ordered everything which gave me a chance to remember that I needed to order drinks as well. Thank you so much Ross your a credit to Subway”
