The food was actually not bad at all. I have only ever been to Subway a few times in my life as I don't, or I should say didn't, have confidence in the product.But this last experience has changed my mind on the food. We went for the meatless philly and it was lovely! Not like the images but fast food places rarely produce the food as shown on the images, but it was tasty and I will definitely be going back!Give it a try if you have never had a Subway!

There was no manager present and the staff seemed to be under a lot of stress. The two people who worked there seemed to be overwhelmed with ordersDietary restrictions: There’s no ramp to gain access into the shop.

I want to say a massive thank you to Ross who works here. I came in a couple of weeks ago and my anxiety got the better of me, Ross was great with me and told me not rush to get my order out. He made me feel at ease and even tho I felt really stupid and spoke a load of random stuff he was really patient with me. I went back in today and got served by him again and he was still great. Really friendly, having a laugh with both the customers and the staff, and made me feel welcome. He double-checked with me to make sure that I had ordered everything which gave me a chance to remember that I needed to order drinks as well. Thank you so much Ross your a credit to Subway

Food is always good here , regent Street Weston super mare, service is good BUT in my last visit I popped in on my limited lunch break , I had to wait for them to do an Uber order, even though there was no driver there and I'm there waiting. I would have thought you serve those in front of you first . Never the less the sandwich is awesome ? love subway ?

Refused salad on my sub. This is ridiculous and honestly could not believe the attitude given towards me after asking that I had been overcharged. Very rude and bad mannered manager! And nothing was explained to me. Will not be returning here if the same manager is ever there!

Two out of the three orders were incorrect (the breads were switched, one was missing cheese and the other randomly had bacon added), and while the third was correct (The Supremo) it was dire. It appeared to just be a squashed sub with tomato sauce and pesto, not £8 well spent. Will not be ordering from here again.

Great friendly attentive staff, food was good.Could have upsold, no serviettes were given.Worst of all the Equality Act 2010 was breached in my opinion as their is no wheel chair ramp and my friend was unable to come into the store which made him feel excluded and guilty as we had planned to sit in and due to inability to get in we couldn't do so.He felt like be had been discriminated against.However Subway as a company do not provide a fund to their Franchises or Franchisees.We are frequent visitors to Subway but after todays experience I now know I can't take my immobile group of friends to Subway which is shameful.Vegetarian options: Available only if you have able legsKid-friendliness: If your child is in a wheelchair this isn't a wheelchair friendly establishment or Company.Parking: If your a blue badge holder and can only use a wheel chair this is not recommended for you
