Been in a few times in the past for a few drinks, but today went for a bar meal and a couple of drinks, all good and with a local pub atmosphere.

Still haven't tried the menu here (even though the Sunday roasts sound great), but it's always our go to for a relaxed drink, maybe watch the sports, maybe play pool. Just a good, solid pub that always feels welcoming.

A classic pub, the interior is reminiscent of that, but that's not a bad thing. It was the first pub we went to in Weston straight after getting off the bus and we weren't wrong!2 real ales on tap. Average prices. Absolutely excellent Guinness and especially John Smith.

Stopped off on way to station.Comfortable decor,friendly staff.Very cheap beverages.My only advice to owners/managers is to send staff on a Barista Course and charge more for coffees etc.So although I enjoyed the experience I probably wouldn't use it as stop off again.A Flat White isn't a Mug of hot milk with a bit of coffee in it (although pleasant t and nourishing).It's a small cup of glass with 1 or 2shots of coffee filled with foaming milk..

First time I've had a full English breakfast, was very good and don't think I'll need any lunch. Very good value for the money.

Went in here as my van was in for repair, weather was wet, so decided to go in first place for breakfast, wife and me had a large breakfast, took awhile to get it, looked good but wife's egg were stone cold as was the mushrooms and bacon, toast was rock hard, only thing hot was the sausages, will not be going again.

Came here today for the first time and definitely wish I diddnt ! Popped in for a afternoon drink and we was greeted by a rude lady behind the bar who was also eating Crisps and getting crumbs on the barThe atmosphere was really off it was just a bunch of older men staring at everyoneCan’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat but definitely won’t be going back to try

Had to go to Barclays this morning so decided to pop in the Tavern, friendly staff, good beer but when I went to the toilet I had to ask (tell) 3 guys taking cocain to move out of my way. Not impressed at all.
