Met some family here for dinner. Bar and restaurant staff were brilliant, especially given how busy it was. We were served in a timely manner and Vicky was great by going through options with one of the children who had a dairy allergy. Beer and food were delicious.

Me and my husband go here often as we like the menu and food. We always find the staff very friendly and welcoming.

Popped in here for some food and drinks over the Christmas break and loved it. Welcoming and warming staff, particularly the manager Vicky who was kind enough to squeeze us in after I had accidentally booked for the wrong day. You saved us a fair bit of stress x

Family of 4 for dinner. Children had a 3-course meal from the kids menu. Food was lovely, service was attentive. Pleasant visit thank you. As we were staying in the adjacent Premier Inn we were also here for breakfast which was equally as nice. Overall I’m happy with their service.

Driving out of WSM after a morning walking about we came across this place and decided to stop , luckily lots of parking and not overly busy. Sat in bar area as quiet and ordered food and drink which was speedy but thats where there speed ended and witnessed staff generally having a very easy shift talking to 2 particular tables of people which they obviously knew and 4 meals we were waiting on took 40 mins and there was only 2 tables eating food in the the bar area and limited people in the restaurant to serve. 2 kids starters took around forever to come out which was 2 sausages and garlic bread. Staff generally pleasant but bar was rarely watched because staff were talking to the 2 tables of friends and not watching the bar and really poor service during a quiet period dread to think what its like during a busier period.

So ended ip here through kind off no choice really as staying at the premier in next door for our trip too lanzorotie . Booked in here for tea and breackfast when we came back . Both events if you like was shocking staff was rude as hell and patronising, paid nearly £.90.00 for three discusting cold meals . Came back a week later for breackafast ( again already pre booked and paid for with the travel lodge . Breackfast was stone stone cold and horrible . Just don’t eat here it’s not worthy off any support not too mention what you can get else where for your money .

Just don't, food is terrible but not quite as bad as the staff, absolutely clueless ? complaint met with very bad attitude and not liked when reciprocated

I waited so long for my dinner to come I nearly died of hunger. Most the staff seem like they've never learnt how to interact with other human beings and I reckon it would be organised if it was ran by infants.

The staff couldn’t get any more rude or patronizing plus probably the worst food you could get. The place can be empty and won’t let you have a table.

Shockingly bad. Genuinely haven't had a worse meal in years. 5 out 7 of us left most of their food. Service was terrible, could clearly see we weren't happy with our food but didn't ask and just charged us full price even though they were taking back pretty much full plates. Steak was burn to a crisp and rubbery. Wasn't even the cut of meat I asked. The roast potatoes looked like they had been reheated in a frier. Turkey was processed. Never ever going to eat there again.

Had to wait for a table although many empty tables the whole time we were there. Food good and lovely service, our waitress (Emily D) was very friendly and helpful. Thank

I never write a review but this was terrible , food took 40 mins to come out, steak ? fillet medium rare so overcooked and tuff to touch , wilted salad from being left under hot lamp and cold chips , burnt other meals that were also cold ?! , didn’t come to see if meals were ok after received , I had a 50% off voucher and as we were in a rush as had a show booked in Bristol I decided not to bother even telling them how bad it was until when I went to use the voucher I was informed rudely that I should have told them I had one at the start of my booking and it wasn’t eligible for the steak , at this point I did tell the lady I was unhappy with the meals but just ate them and was putting up with how rubbish they were as I had a voucher , she was abrupt and rude and no apology, she spoke to her manager who advised her to take £10 off , the place is filthy. The toilets are disgusting, awful food & customer service.

The food and service was very good, but the restaurant was really cold. We had to move from the table where we were initially sat and it still wasn't really all that warm. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
