definitely the best Chinese in the area however be prepared to wait 1 - 1.5 hours for a delivery on a weekend. Really long wait but worth it

Used this Chinese a few times without problem but today was not great we don’t live close to the Chinese so takes 20 minutes to drive there ordered our meal after my daughter’s graduation as a treat got home to find only half of what we ordered so phoned them and they seem to no exactly what was missing no apology no offer to deliver so had to drive back pick the missing items up back home by now meal cold and chips hard not so much as a sorry avoid as I will not be going back very poor service ?

Very pleasantly surprised - we had previously avoided due to some of the reviews on Google, but we had a really nice meal - very tasty food (our top dishes were sesame prawn toast, crispy spring rolls, and chicken with broccoli in oyster sauce), decent portion sizes, and very reasonably priced too. If you’re looking for a decent Chinese in the Wincanton area check it out!

There’s no great Chinese take always in Wincanton. Think that’s why Lotus House is still in business. It’s just not very good. Nice people but really poor quality food. Not even cheap. Had to throw most of it away. The bins ate well.
Ordered for a delivery which took 2 hours for it to be delivered food was stone cold and greasy never ordering from here again such a waste of money please save your money and go elsewhere!!

I walked past it on the way to the pub where I was going to eat. But being within ten miles Google have asked me to review. From memory, the food is good, very well priced (cheaper than Yeovil outlets and bigger portions) the service is quick, courteous and often chatty. If you're in Wincanton and want a Chinese meal, get it here.

Sadly not good. Previous meals from here have been ok but some items have not been what was ordered. Tonight my surname became Chris, two of the dishes ordered were not what I ordered even though I said I thought one of the dishes was wrong but was assured it was all correct. Also I am still picking the dry pork from my teeth after eating the chicken balls and spare ribs. I think this is my last visit to this establishment.

Really helpful as was staying in a travel lodge so rang when outside.Food was lovely, couldn't fault it.Nuts came in a separate pot which I thought was a great idea and thoughtful of the customer
