We did not stay at the Premier Inn we only ate ate the reasturant. The restaurant was lovely with good access and straight forward food with good size portions. the staff were very friendly and helpful, we have booked to come back.

I always stay here when flying from Bristol airport. Its convenient, friendly and the restaurant is very good.Rooms: Always clean, comfy beds and a big enough bathroomFood & drinks: Food feshly cooked to order and very reasonably priced.

Definitely one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in all good room, food, service and location all decent.

Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the extractor fan gave off a high pitched whine when not in use and got really noisy when the toilet was in use.Main entrance not easy to find at night and the drive leading to the car park could do with a couple of illuminated markers on these dark nights.Food & drinks: Full English was not bad but marred by the bacon having an unpleasant, bitter taste that ended up with me leaving both rashers.

No lift and a mountain of stairs.Tried to book a last-minute stop on a return visit for a few hours of sleep in the afternoon / evening before a flight on the same day but still asking for the full rate even though they had rooms available and would never fill them as this was 4pm.Hope the holiday Inn opens again soon as far better service and they have lifts.Shame because this is a lovely place, and the Brewers Fair next door is nice.

Overpriced food what wasn't that great.I was absolutely horrified that they don't do Thatchers cider which is only 3 miles from this restaurant.I won't be visiting there again.

We have always been very pleased with Premier Inns, all over the UK, but not this one - won't use again when needing accommodation near Bristol airport. Very disappointing, letting the general chain down, badly.

Not on a retail park but in a countryside setting with great views from the bar/restaurant area. A welcoming check in and friendly staff throughout together with the clean, comfortable rooms that premier inn are known for. We explored Wells and Cheddar gorge and this was a great base.

The hotel itself was what I expect from a premier Inn , although the quality of the service and food in the Brewers Fayre restaurant was awful. There was no care an attention put into this restaurant, very disappointing.

Stayed as stopover for BRS. A comfortable room, however, no lift but staff did offer help with suitcase. Really convenient location.

Great value (especially the meal deal) and lovely, polite, efficient and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and modern and the hotel is in a nice location. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Love coming here although someone scared living day lights out of us in middle night opened and shut our door. Was very disruptive as got a small baby so sleep is very important
