Value for money breakfast. Fast service. Typical cafe food only small gripe my toast was very soft and tomato not grilled. Ordered Yorkshire tea but only Tetley available coffee machines still not working after several weeks. Staff friendly. Will visit again in future.

Very disappointing choices available. The order machine not updated to show what items are currently in stock. Machine not fully adding selected items. Coffee machines out of service as has been the case for some time. Poor hygiene, lack of items such as cutlery and long wait for food. Food ordered via the order point not delivered and was informed it had not been ordered. Unable to prove as the order point was also not producing receipts. Will not be eating here again.

Cafe not too far from our hotel which did not serve breakfast. Went for the deal of bacon butty + hot drink for £3 as good value. Served quickly and nice and tasty a good start to the day exploring the countryside

I attended with my granddaughter. On arrival the restaurant was not busy - with only 4 tables waiting for service. I ordered the food on the machine and went to get our drinks to find that the coffee machine or milk was not working with no explanation. I asked the lady at the til politely did she know when the machines were going to be ready and fold she would find out. I then asked her if she could point me to the glasses to which she told me I would have to wait as she had to serve the customer behind me. I waited ten minutes before speaking to a young polite member of staff and asked him …… a further 15 minutes passed before receiving a glass then the milk. We had to wait again for the coffee machine to be emptied. A further 20 minutes later ….. a small over done breakfast was presented with a child’s chicken nuggets and chips which were clearly over cooked the chips were over cooked and some were burnt and too crispy to eat. The garden peas more like pellets. Appalling food and service and I am not sure how Morrison’s restaurant is able to stay open with the disgusting quality of food. The chef needs to be sacked. I wasn’t the only one that was not happy today.

Poor selection of hot drinks infact only black coffee was available. No explanation to why machine wasn't working properly. I'm sorry but you well milk hot chocolate etc so no excuse.

Food reasonably priced. Pretty quick to arrive after ordering. Some collect yourself bits were not available and had to seek out someone to arrange. Self service tills only in use which would have stopped half of the issues had. When actually tracking down someone who worked there, they were pretty unhelpful and a little rude stating I did not tell them correctly in the first place what was needed. Overall price wise pretty decent with kids eating free. Service poor.
My mum had fish and chips there were loads of bones in the fish and I found a hair in my chips this has happened before I expected better

Genuinely the worst place to buy breakfast in Yeovil. First time I came here the forgot my order, didn't get an apology, then the food they delivered was poor.Second time my bacon roll had a bun as hard as a brick, and it was cold. Then today I went to make my own breakfast and everything is out of stock besides toast, like what's the point of even offering it if they claim to have nothing.Such a shame that its this poor of an experience, go literally anywhere else in town and you'll have a better time.

Shop Cafe was awfull poor staffing poor breakfast that was look warm toast was hardly cooked bacon you could see through no mushrooms and very cheap and nasty beans and sausages. They also had no coffee .we will keeps to wells Morrisons in future.
