Food reasonably priced. Pretty quick to arrive after ordering. Some collect yourself bits were not available and had to seek out someone to arrange. Self service tills only in use which would have stopped half of the issues had. When actually tracking down someone who worked there, they were pretty unhelpful and a little rude stating I did not tell them correctly in the first place what was needed. Overall price wise pretty decent with kids eating free. Service poor.
Seems since the takeover things are going downhill. No staff on the till. Had to use the very poor screen to order then found that just breakfast available due to short staff. This was at midday. Gave up and got a meal deal at the salad bar. It's not just here though. Same story at their Tiverton branch and probably others. Shame as used to be really good.

Poor selection of hot drinks infact only black coffee was available. No explanation to why machine wasn't working properly. I'm sorry but you well milk hot chocolate etc so no excuse.
