The evening was full of mistaken orders. Orders that had been forgotten and to cap it all..... Being asked to vacate our table 25 minutes after having placed our dessert order and not having received any of them.The food is good for large portions, however this is reflected in the price you pay.The quality of the food was quite variable, even within the same dish.Would not want to go back after this experience. I do have to say that I have been here previously and enjoyed the meal, although I have always found it slightly overpriced for the night out.

We love Texas Rocks. We’ve spent a lot of money there over the years and the food is consistently good. But I feel compelled to leave a review after choosing Texas Rocks for my kids 11th birthday, and waiting 30+ minutes for his pudding, and ending up having to cancel it because it just wasn’t showing up, with no discount or offer other than a “really sorry.” Other tables sat, had their meal, and left before we were even able to cancel the pudding. We’ll be back - this won’t stop us from enjoying the restaurant. But we felt forgotten, and for a kid’s birthday, that’s really not the night we were trying to have. We’ll hope for better next time we visit.

Superb food, tasty and arrived quickly. Service staff were helpful. I'd ditch the kitch saddle bar stools and have a wider range of Burbon behind the bar. Would definatley visit again.

Was down this way for a weekend with some friends. Highly recommend, great food, friendly staff, food/drinks was def worth the price. Being someone with limited mobility, was great to see they had step free access also into the restaurant . def would come here again in future when down from

One of the best steaks I've had, cooked to absolute perfection and the sides were amazing. Prices were fair for the quality too! My only minor criticism was the smoke on the upper level from the kitchen, like others have mentioned it gets unpleasant when the doors are shut and your clothes stink afterwards, the ventilation/extraction needs a serious looking into as it isn't adequate. This doesn't justify knocking the place down a star as everything else was perfect, will be back again!

Phoned to book table for my son 18th great service was told we would have party booth decorated table free cowboy hat free birthday muffin.GREAT. got there service was very slow waited half hour for drinks food was great when it came, no decorations on table had 2 members of staff question sons ID even though it was his 18th day before had to ask several times for more drinks then had to remind staff we had ordered more drinks ordered dessert asked for birthday muffin , got desserts 20 mins later had to remind again about birthday muffin was told they forgot to order birthday muffin came out not as on the website with miniature Jack Daniels very dry cake not edible very disappointed especially as it was a special birthday won't be coming again.

Actually brilliant food and drink served by Destiny. She was very friendly and helpful. Chef even came and asked how food was. Steak cooked as asked. Sides were try outs and were lovely and tasty. Gave four stars only as was chilly inside, otherwise competitive price s. Thanks to Destiny again.
