I love that they will pretty much cook you whatever you want using the ingredients they have on the board, nothing is ever too much trouble. I don't really like self serve, I much prefer table service but I don't mind in Boswells, they are very quick and efficient, I am a regular customerKid-friendliness: Loads of families and kids visit Boswells, they have baby change in all the toilets on both floors and highchairs
Very busy wet day and lunchtime as wellStaff all working flat out polite and worked as fast as possible .Coffee and cakes we ordered ,brought to the table ,which, by the way, were promptly cleared . Could not fault .

Despite the business of the summer holidays! The service was excellent! I had ordered a caramel frappe and it was one of the best ones i have ever had! Abbie was so lovely and polite! She made my drink so well and was efficient and polite! Would definitely recommend a visit!! will return shortly.
