Seemed well stocked but some items have been unavailable for ages - might not be Asda's fault tbf. Not enough manned tills open - customers waiting to pay are still having to queue down the aisles meaning access for people still shopping for items on those aisles is restricted. Stop trying to force customers to use self service - not everyone is able to do that and some don't want to steal jobs away from supermarket staff.

To say it is a big ASDA, they only sell 500ml Highland Spring multipacks, and not 1.5L like all the other stores. Little gripe, but still the best ASDA out of Rotherham/Donnie/Barnsley

At 6.30pm on Friday night you'd expect the pizza bar to be open to create your own or at least have more than 3 veggie pizzas and 1 ham n pineapple. All self check out nearly now so I'll not be going again.

Disgusted with you Asda! Myself and husband visited today to do our weekly shop to not able to do that shop as there were no wheelchair-accessible trolleys We had to go around with a basket we looked inside the shop and around the car park and there were none in either of the front trolley stations either safe to say we will not be back Asda you should be ashamed

No help off anyone I was passed from one person to the next and she didn't even have the decency to check, take 2 mins to look on your system, I to have worked retail for over 12 years, all I got was nope it's out of stock even though it had no label on it, it was to buy a mobile, all the cards had gone( but we all know what children are like picking them up and then throwing them) disgusting customer service won't be shopping here again!!!
Please have extra staff on checkouts.. the self checkout is awful.Shop was freezing on Friday

Just a thank-you for excellent service from Lynn on customer service today.I had a complaint which initially seemed as if I would have to return another day for it to be resolved. I pointed out the inconvenience and petrol to return and she referred the matter to the manager and kindly sorted everything to my satisfaction.

I shop mainly on scan and go or for small shops I use the self scans, I have yet to find a member of staff who wasn’t friendly and helpful. A few when they can have nice little conversations with me. I appreciate these moments, lovely ladies
