It's the kitchen that sets this place apart however.
Everything is freshly made in house. Even down to the complimentary lavender short breads that come with every hot drink that you order. Simply stunning.
The menu changes regularly.
The portions are very generous.
Can't sing the praises of the puddings enough. Last time I was there, I had a pineapple rum upside down cake. Individually moulded. With a ladle full of fresh made Creme Anglaise. Absolutely stunning!”

My starter was 3 small cubes of what tasted like bacon with a massive amount of jalapinos from a jar.
Both ordered beef sunday lunch....the meat is obivoiusly from a catering pack .already sliced...full of fat...worst sunday lunch out in a long time.
Yorkshire pudding was nice ....18 pound per serving. Never again...£64 in total with 2 drinks each...simply crap”

“Unexpected lamb choice for roast dinner was delicious, toast tatties and gravy cooked in meat juices (we thought) again delicious had some pigs in blankets added also delicious (not cheap sausage) all vegetables cooked and presented perfectly special mention on cauliflower cheese too full for pudding”

“we went as a family for Sunday dinner today and as someone who's favourite meal is a roast and I can cook a beaut Sunday dinner but omg the food was delicious, all the veg was fresh everything was great , the staff all friendly and helpful too i have to say my favourite part of a roast is roast potatoes and wow they were the best I have eaten. we will 100% be back and be recommending locky's to all our friends and family”
