Ordered food on christmas eve, i understand they’re busy but waited 3 hours for food never arrived. apparently driver knocked at our door and cctv says otherwise. Worker very rude and when i rang up they said 20 minutes i rang 40 minutes after and he said we’re closed and he offered us a small pizza when we payed more than a small pizza! wouldn’t recommend discusting

Ordered a Planet based pepperoni pizza and after doing a 30 min round trip found out they'd given me meat instead. Not best pleased with the response I received on calling them to advise of the issue. After telling the manager three times I wasn't willing to do the round trip again to collect another pizza, was eventually offered a partial refund. It then took three more rounds of asking how much the refund would be offered given that it was part of meal deal. Won't be ordering again from here.

Ordered yesterday. Phone battery dead, driver didn’t ring intercom or knock the door. Rang after my phone was charged, 50 mins after order. Manager said I had to go downstairs, but I’m disabled. Only order if you have a fully charged phone and can manage two flights of stairs. Lost £22.

EDIT+NEW PHOTOS: they have redeemed them selfordered ages ago and there was a toe nail in the meatball but never wrote a review so just thought i’d add it (it went to a higher up who tried to call me but i missed it and couldn’t call back and that was it they did nothing else)but todays order next to no topping on my pizza, like what even is that then the “7 chicken strips” either you never got your gcse in maths or someone got hungry dropping it off because 1 of them never made it here (i know it’s only one but end of day it’s not that hard)

for the price you would expect excellence but on two occasions ive used them they have been cold and last time they was no tomato puree on the pizza that was cold and uncooked in places . when I contacted customer services I was greeted with arrogance , they said we dont give refunds for uncooked food or cold food. but sent a voucher ,less than the price of the original meal that didn't even work. Not worth Trading with.
