Every time I've been in at lunchtime of late the hot take away stands empty. All the pasties are cold, I mean, when it's 12.30, you expect hot food hot or warm at least. No excuse really, poor time management.

Young Staff member very rude and not at all customer focused ... wrong coffee order given despite me clarifying the order .. no apology and a smug look like I was being difficult and I've not heard back regarding my formal complaint to head office

Greggs is amazing but this not about greggs this about the filthy neighbours next door subway staff are dumb to the crumb started making jokes about trains whilst my mate was having a mental breakdown because they had no apple and kiwi Robinsons this is very serious mates left in tears
