Hygiene is poor. Mass illness.Ordered here on the 21st of December.Party bucket. Four members of the household became ill with Gastroenteritis -including a young child. Hospital stay for one of them and two emergency GP appointments. Hospital confirmed it was food related. This was the only meal consumed that day.Christmas and new year was ruined. As I write this (new years eve) one person is still recovering.HYGIENE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH HERE. I will never eat at KFC again.

6 piece chicken got 6 drumsticks and not cooked properly and pink,obviously not probing for temperature. Reporting to environmental health also rang the store call dropped and engaged now all night.

Waited 30 mins for food,they got couples food in front of us wrong twice,didn't seem to know what they were doing,looked confused and flustered,got ours wrong as well ,found out when we got home ,won't be going

Service was prompt and cutiouse. Staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean. The food was amazing and very tasty.Parking: Large car park plenty of spaces when I called in. Maybe different at busy times tho.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors no steps

I purchased a bucket meal when I arrived home to share out all I got in was chicken legs, phoned up to complain and the response was what do you want me to about it,I asked him to put the manager on and was refused, answer was no manager on tonight.

This has got to be the worst KFC I have ever had the displeasure to have visited. Went through the drive through and got home to find items missing and the smallest over cooked pieces of chicken I have ever seen. My wife phoned to complain about the food standards and missing items and was fobbed off by the staff MEMBER that she spoke to. I will be escalating this to their head office. Avoid this hole in the ground like the plague.
Since Tracy has been there new manger the food is bang on everything is hot!They ask if you want any condiments with your food!Great customer service real game changer!Everything is spotless.Carry on the great work.

When they ask you if you want a large and you say yes, you expect to get large chips, large popcorn chicken, and large beans/gravy. We did not get any of these. Service with a smile would be nice too.

Ordered to take out, £21.45 cold wrap took it back gave me another still cold more chilly than chicken, popcorn meal rubbish too. Total waste of money, boarder line food poisoning waiting to happen. Give it a miss.

Ordered a gravy box and a regular popcorn chicken meal , only got the popcorn chicken had to go back for my chips and drink , slow at serving to say how empty the restaurant
