Diabolical! Everytime we go through the drive through they always give us the wrong order. And they never answer the phone for me to complain. If they had, I probably wouldn't leave this review!!! I will never visit here again!

I only bought a milkshake on the drive through so I can't comment on atmosphere, this store has recently been upgraded and from the outside the decor looks very fresh and inviting.

I found the place to be clean and tidy, service very efficient in there individual roll, friendly and informative, food to be at a very good standard I really have no complaints, you just know what your getting at McDonald's.Vegetarian options: There are options clearly labelled on the menue.Parking: Parking is not an issue there's plenty

What can I say it's McDonald's.. food was at the expected standard and service was decent at the time of ordering - was slightly slower than normal but still a decent store which had everything needed and enough car parking.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever had. After this one I will happily never eat McDonald’s
Poor management.. ordered delivery through app. Food was late , cold and missing items. Driver stated that I had to go through the app for a refund. Not great when the meal was for my 7 year old and would still need to get him food. Therefore drove ourselves to the restaurant to be met with a manager who didn’t care about the issue and would not supply the missing food only keeping referring us back to the app… which I explained didn’t show how to request the refund. Her response “that’s a you problem!” Contacted customer services and offered 3 free meals and a promise that they would use this as part of their regular reviews. Ie here’s free food now be quiet. Refused meals as that’s just insulting. All I wanted was to speak to someone attached to the store to feel like the lack of customer service would be addressed.

The food was great, however the tables were all very dirty the toilets were also dirty. The lady serving had a bad attitude when i reported an item of food missing but replaced it anywayKid-friendliness: They have tables with tablets on for kids to play with

Check your orders, before leaving ordered breakfast roll got a bacon sarnie, not too hard to put a egg and sausage on is it? Get you to park up throw breakfast through window and off they go , used to be quiet good here, but its rubbish now

I mean it's great if they give you your full order?? but it's McDonald's so I think it's just pot luck at this point...Watch out for the parking tickets too! Don't stay longer than 90 minutes or you'll get a lovely ticket through the post?
