Good pizza and OK Salad bar but the real reason to go back is the brilliant staff.

Lovely food, we had the buffet pizzas and salad. Unfortunately, no hot plates, so the pizza slices were tepid or cold.The website ordering didn't work on "normal" phone data, I had to be logged onto their WiFi. Which meant using Facebook or X, then using Google pay to avoid giving even more information about myself.Surely not necessary now Covid is over? Does mean the staff don't handle money, I suppose.Clean toilets.

Went with my friend. We had a wonderful meal with lovely service from the friendly staff, Elizabeth was especially nice and attentive.

Had to use the app to order but the Wi-Fi was known to be terrible. Took 20 minutes before someone finally took our order. No information on what to do, where refillable soft drinks were, if we could go get salad or had to wait. Very poor wouldn't bother going again.

Great food and service, an ideal place to dine in. Be aware that waiting times appear to be longer if you take-away than eat in - although the pizza is worth the wait.

Came for buffet for husband's birthday with our 14 year old and 4 year old. The staff especially the manager Jordan were great, they even managed to find a candle from somewhere and dimmed the lights and brought out a candle with a little pudding and sang happy birthday! Thank you for embarrassing a big hairy 38 year old birthday boy :-D

Very expensive for pizza, and the seating seems to be quite uncomfortable as the seats seem to be angled forwards so you feel as though you're always having to push yourself back. My little lad kept sliding forward which made it frustrating for him to be able to sit and eat.

Shown to your table by someone then you do everything else yourself, order and pay on the app, staff just bring you your food. Won't be long till they just shout your number, who needs waiter/waitress these days. Spent over £100 and should have just stayed home and used local takeaway! Nothing special anymore unfortunately.

Price of pizza is a joke and we have to order it ourselves ?♂️ the food quality hasn’t changed from the first time I ever tried Pizza Hut, but seriously £27 for just a pizza how do they warrant that and the service has got less, all they do now is just bring you the food , what if i didn’t have a mobile phone would I not be able to eat there ?? Well that might explain the lack of customers in there, food was ok and that’s about as good as it gets I’m afraid

Navigating the mobile app was such a challenge, significantly impacting the dining-in experience. Personally, I'd prefer the convenience of a waiter handling the billing, rather than managing it myself through the app.However, the food was served promptly, and it was both hot and tasty. The servers were polite, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience.
