Stayed here a few times. For a few days too. Great, have to take the full breakfast, which is in a bar/restaurant next door. Had a problem with a cancelled flight, couldent make my reservation, obviously money gone, so I thought. Spoke to a lovely/ helpfull lady there. Who helped me. Which was great. Staff great too. Room allways cleaned. 10 out ov 10 for me...Rooms: Nice and clean. Modern..Safety: All doors locked. And workers allways there..

What can I say, this time, rude staff, broken coat hook in room, lamp not working, blown light bulb, last time, no breakfast in the morning due to no chef, time before that, no water due to water leakage, enough is enough, we will not be back! NB, some “Twit” has put our room up to 27’C and with no cooling one hour later it hasn’t changed! This is bloody ludicrous i now can’t sleep so will be expecting a refund of some standing

Arrived on 05/11/2023 on business after a very long drive and was welcomed by the ever so friendly Jackie, Although there was teething issues with a new system Jackie remained calm and friendly throughout, Always good to see a friendly face after such a long drive, Also Darcy on reception had fantastic customer service, Rooms are a good size and all facilities are in good order, I stay away in many premier inn’s but this has to be one of the best, Spot on customer service and a great team would highly recommend ?Rooms: N/A

Stayed here on 29/10/2023 as me and my wife were attending a wedding close by.Never stayed in a Premier Inn before and I've got to say we were both very impressed, we were greeted by Tracey who couldn't do enough for us and is a credit to the company. The room was very clean and comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend.I even left my phone charger in the room by accident so I called in the following evening and it had been handed in, very impressed with everything 10 out of 10, thanks.

Room had few issues, one light not working, no fan when specifically asked,no air con, limited toilet-tissueAnd the free soap-shower stuff didn't smell of anything. The bedding wasn't great as it was really hot weather and only 13 tog quilt had to strip quilt out and just use the cover. They should be an option of lighter quilt in summer times. The bathroom was OK, and a few hairs and bath just looked rinsed, not scrubed, but overall, OK for needs.The TV was just free digital and kept lossing signal too.No option for late checkout either.Staff also very noisy doing checks on rooms prior check in times ie slamming doors not great if your trying to sleep. Needs to be more consideration as a paying guest shouldn't be disturbed just because it's prior check in times for other guests.

stayed for one night 16th october with our grandchildren , our room was spacious ,clean and comfortable . checking in was easy with a lovely receptionist who made sure we had everything we needed.after a delicious breakfast we returned to our room to find a gift of sweets and games for the kids for their ongoing trip to disney - they had told the receptionist about it the night before -such a lovely thoughtful gestgure thankyou. we will definatley return.

From the front door in the whole place stinks. Very run down.Have stayed here before and it was great. Would be very reluctant to stay again.Do not recommend.

Had my work vehicle broken into. Lost around £6000 worth of tools. This seems to be a major problem at this hotel. Premier inn need to make visitors aware of this problem.Tradesmen beware if staying at this hotel.
I was warmly welcomed when I arrived and given a ground floor room as requested. My room was large, very clean and the bed was especially comfortable. The black out curtains meant that I was not awaken with early morning light. The hotel was quiet and I enjoyed watching the large TV having a cup of tea from the facilities provided in the room. I had a happy, relaxing stay, would highly recommend.

It needs money spent on it. I've had worse but also had much better from premier inns. Bed was still super comfy. Nice size car park with overflow around the back. It was pretty cheap in comparison to other stop outs in prem in so I guess you're getting what you pay for.

Im (currently) staying at this hotel, It was about far from where I'm working but it was the only one available at the time, I havnt bothered looking anywhere else just because of the one lady at the reception (JACKIE) she literally goes out her way to help you and make you feel welcome. Shes the only reason why I'm staying here. Not sure what she gets paid but it definitely isn't enough, you've got a great worker there. 5*

We stayed at this Premier inn last night (14th Aug 2023) and we really want to thank Rachel for her amazing customer service. We checked in but didn’t our bags, we went to the room and about 10/15 mins later we went back to the car to get our bags. On returning to the room we used the key card but the door would not unlock and the red light on the door lock remained on. We went back to reception and spoke to Rachel, she tried a few things to get us back in as we had left a phone and an iPad in charge but was not successful. She then put us in another room and said she would make sure she got access to the room and get out belongings back and this she did, but not only did she get our belongings back but she also refunded us for the breakfast we had booked as a way of an apology. To be honest making a complaint wasn’t even a thing we had considered doing as it was just one of those things that had happened but Rachel went above and beyond, thank you so much for your brilliant service.
